I'll keep that in mind Sebeus! About the new Eastern pirates; They sure are a tough opponent when it somes up to melee combat. Their guns may be a little old technology, but their Hack'n slash skills are still up to date I was thinking about a bit larger MOC this time, a base for the Eastern pirates. Probably it will be a MOC like Kahuka Cliff, a Moc in/ on the wall of an Island. Unfortunately I'll have to break down the Junk for the Brown tile pieces... Greetz Bjornu

Well skipper, I was already thinking about a new story that hooks in on the story of Bjornu. The story is going like this: The pirate junk sails towards the coasts of the blue coats. There the pirate lord finds a gold nugget and is so fascinated by the fact he just found gold on the "new world" that he decides to stay. Unfortunately he doesn't know he landed on someone else his lands... On the way to the island he already captured some of the Fishermen that sail around the coast he landed on. Because he decided to stay he signaled the other 8 Pirate junks that were behind him. There a new story begins, the lord decided to build a big fortress on "his" new world. Unfortunately it wont take long until the first battle is about to start with his new enemy.... How is this story going to end? You'll see in the Next MOCs !

Due to a stressful period at school and lots of other things to do, I couldn't finish my scheduled Introduction of the new theme. Now I had some spare time I finally could finish my Pirate Junk. About the new theme: I would like to introduce the new Pirate faction: The Eastern Pirates and their ranks: I will be building more MOCs with these guys once I'm able to make time for it. Then I made up some new Cannons/ Mortars for the new pirates. Introducing the -Eastern Mortar, firing cannonballs and bombs the size of a grapefruit. -Eastern large Mortar/ Cannon, firing cannonballs and bombs the size of a grapefruit and large iron hooks/spears to grapple enemy vessels. Bricklink is a great way to get yourself some Islanders, I think they can suit in interesting MOC's. Thats why Im doing Islander MOCs at the moment. To Dreamweb: Thanks For the blog! Ofcourse I wipe my lens Phone does have daylight mode. My girlfriend has a Nikon Camera, but I never use it because she doesnt live with me yet. About the parts: I think I have enough legoes to do something like that, Im only not sure when Im going to so such MOC. ( I was thinking about something diffrent atm, something with poisonous frogs that they catch, to put the poison on their arrows and darts:P) Consider Bjornu still living in his Manson on Bjornu's Pirate Town, he might come along Kahukas islands. Is there also a chance Kahuka Cliff gets Indexed ? PS: Make sure my name is spelled right!

Yeah your right about the techniques, the only things that were new for me where: -The Islander Ladders, instead of a normal TLC ladder I made myself some custom ones -The waterfall was SNOT, something I actually never did before ( at least, not that many times. About the Camera: I use my Samsung Omnia phone to make the pictures at the moment. Thats because I can't afford a new camera, but want to share creations with you guys. I used the darker blue to make it "Move", altough your comment means it didn't work very well I guess. Do you have any posts where I can check the Technique your talking about ?

[pid][/pid] 204 Hello Everyone! Bjornu is back again with an Islander MOC! After some discussing with Sebeus and the others, I made up some ideas for "Kahuka Cliff". The Cliff itself has some caves that the Kahukans use as shelters. This time my MOC does include a mighty Kahuka statue!! ( make sure you watch the video, it shows what the statue really is! ) I proudly present: Kahuka Cliff!!! The SNOT Waterfall I made: The mighty Kahuka statue! I think you just brought me up to an awesome idea, How about: Kahuka Cliff, Two light gray cliffs with caves. Beneath lays a river with canoes in it. The Caves on both sides are connected by rope bridged. Inside the caves the Islanders live and work. Caves include: -Armory -Kitchen /baby like room -Gold mine, where they gather their gold. -One large room for the Islander Leader/King where obviously a great treasure is laying around -Sculpted face in the wall How about it huh ? Yeah im very interested at the moment, I have uploaded an Islander MOC recently. It's on the frontpage now !

Well, It's clear to me right now: I see them as: -Islanders, Living in huts made of anything they could find. -Living in caves when necessary. -Digging for gold to honor their gods. -Useing Canoes or tree trunks. -Living near the sea, a lake , next to a river or in caves! -Representing..... Themselves as Islanders !

I hope you'll stay tuned, soon there will come more MOCs with the Islander life portraied. The tough and hard life to protect themselves against Pirates and armies searching for Gold.... I removed the blurry picture, I thought it wasn't worth it to leave it in the post when there is a better picture.

The mermaid in the watertank made my day! I was laughing so loud! But hey, treat the women nicely okay ?

I would go for Tan, It makes the MOC look realistic. Besides that, I use Yellow for walls, pillars and other building parts for the Islanders. But hey if you want to go for yellow, It adds a classic feel so I think this is pretty much Up to you. Anyways: Im using Tan for my Islander Mocs!
