I’m not sure the Bricks and Pieces inventory on their web site is reliable right now with all their technical issues. I used that B&P searching tool linked earlier in this thread to order a ton of interesting parts that were available. After my order sat “processing” for about 2 weeks they finally canceled most of the interesting parts. Customer service also sent me an email saying the parts were only available because of a technical glitch.

Does this mean we won’t have any battle packs this year other than the January wave? That’s disappointing.

Fair point, I was kind of assuming that clone scout trooper = scout trooper. I think that helmet design could have been improved by similar dual molding changes.

When it comes to stormtroopers or massable figs the prints lining up really doesn't matter. Torso and leg prints have equal chances of being shifted in any direction. If you have multiple figs, just mix and match legs and torsos based on which way they are shifted and you'll end up with mostly aligned prints. I think the scout trooper print details are great, if you look at a real prop helmet the design is very accurate. It's very strange that they'll be producing the old version of the helmet for the AT-AP. I wish different set designers would work together better about updating molds.

Earlier we thought that every anniversary remake would come with a classic yellow fig, but these remakes don’t have any corresponding yellow figs. Any info on what they would be?

I was worried it would be like those Ninjago handheld spinners which are barely a build at all.

I keep seeing people say "shooter set", but what would that mean? Happy holidays to all.

It's more detailed in the sense that it has more texture to it, but are those grooves actually accurate to a real Rebel pilot helmet? I personally don't think so: They all look smooth to me. I think the size of the new helmet is jarring given what we're used to but probably closer to correct proportions relative to a person/minifig size. The more I look at it, the old helmet looks too small!

Any pilots with new helmet designs? Would be great to start getting new characters with the new helmet mold.

I was ok with it until I saw that side shot. What were they thinking?! How many years are we going to be stuck with this terrible design?

Not a huge deal for me, if you have multiples you can just swap legs around until they’re all aligned

That new stormtrooper helmet just looks... off. Can’t tell if it’s the proportions or what. On the bright side the dual molding means they won’t have the misaligned printing issues that were common with the old design.

Are you sure that it's actually a different color and not the lighting in the picture? I find it hard to believe they'd change one of their pad printing layers for such an unimportant detail given how expensive the print designs are to create. I personally think it's going to be exactly the same. Practical, but disappointing since I already have it.

Isn’t eraser like fine grit sandpaper in that it dulls the plastic shine?

How did you remove part of the printing like that? I’m thinking about doing that with some prints, but the brasso method seems hard to be precise

Forgive my ignorance, but what pieces do you consider rare in the 75230 Porg? I don't see any particularly interesting parts...

Wishlists aside, have we had any new leaks? People were talking about hearing 2018 leaks in July 2017; were there any this year?

Look at 3:33 of that video, the droid clearly has the wrong torso based on the other Sandcrawler pics we've seen later. The torso in the video looks more like a dirty Imperial officer which leads me to think we are getting another Mimban set.

A while back Rebelscum reported a Solo mudtrooper trench playset, but no one has mentioned anything about it here for a while. Does anyone know when that would release?

You sure? I couldn't quite tell from the picture. I personally don't think it's 5 bars; are you sure you aren't confusing the code cylinder on the right for an extra bar?

Yes! It looks like one row: either 2 blue bars on the left and 2 red bars on the right or 3 blue and 1 red. That means it is NOT Admiral Motti. ti) We HAVE seen that rank in Rogue One (see below scene) so I don't think it will necessarily be an important character in the new movie.

The leak was super grainy so it's hard to tell but it seems like there is a rank on the Imperial officer. It does look smaller though, maybe it's the one-row kind with blue and red next to each other like Admiral Motti? Those were in ANH and Rogue One too.

Anyone know what rank the Imperial officer in the battle pack will have? The officers in 75055 were captains (3 bars) and the ones in 75184 were colonels (4 bars). I really hope they give us a new lower rank one like a lieutenant.
