So I've been told we may get a double VIP event with force Friday though I don't know how much exactly we will get, whether it's x2, x3 or x4. May have been a "no shit" moment for most of you but I really wanted info on this.

He's got videos on his YT channel. The TIE fighter seems to be quite small and imo it doesn't look very good unless you look at it from afar.

Your EU prices are at the correct round off but where did you get the GBP prices from? Afaik only EU, US (not your US prices) and I believe the polish currency have been found. Currency conversion does not count as some sets are prices differently between regions (see phantom 2 for example). Also is the TIE pilot really cheaper than every other constraction? Why is that so?

I'm not sure, he was a classmate, not a close friend of mine and I really don't know how reliable they can be. I'm aware of what the rumours are but If I run my mouth then I'm sure ill just be fed with a lot of false confirmation. I only mentioned what I said because someone asked but remember, I do not condone to spreading misinformation so treat it as a rumour till we get solid information. You guys are free to speculate on it but I believe in it being false until proven otherwise with reliable proof. This is all I've been told so if you ask ill just be repeating the same thing again and again. Again, don't hold me accountable for the info being wrong as I'm just relaying information I've been told, I didn't see anything myself to actually confirm it.

Well he's told me he's seen a TIE fighter with a black figure micro fighter, a playset that's very similar to takadona (size, figures) and some craft he says he doesn't recognize BUT keep in mind that I don't think he/she is a valid source and neither should you. I am NOT confirming anything at all and hold no liability if my source is wrong, treat it as a rumour. I was more interested in the system scaled sets and battle pack info but they said they didn't know anything which is what got me skeptical in the first place.

Sorry, didn't mean to sound misleading, I've been very tired from work. My knowledge is only based on what we all know, I've been told some thing about the TLJ sets from a classmate of mine who works at a toy store (not lego) but I don't know how reliable his information is.

Yeesh chill out, buy what you want and share your opinions too but don't squabble over what you think is fair for a Lego set. I know a lot of you hate me for whatever reason but youre all adults and that means you are all capable of discussing and sharing opinions without getting upset over them. Yes the wave is expensive but has much better price points than before. The bomber has a God awful price tag but at least the bottom two sets are very well priced. The top two sets arent horrible and bb8 is also very fair. If you don't believe in a price to piece ratio then fine but everyone has a right to justifying their purchase, heck some people even think one dollar per hour is a fair use of justifying a games price tag.

No, bb8 seems to have no unique prints or moulds and only comes with the actual bb8 minifigure. The bomber comes with new helmet moulds, new prints and a lot of canopy pieces with printing as well as plates. Though I do wonder how the star destroyer has a better price point. On an unrelated note, the new website update is really not mobile friendly at all.

Yes, plenty of people replied to brobert about this, I don't see why I am the only one who has to be called out. You're not wrong, it's slightly off topic but someone should've stopped it awhile back.

You can get some really amazing deals through Ebays auction or best offer sales. If you browse new listings regularly, you'll find users trying to get rid of things asap. Sites like gumtree and facebook give you even better deals but they don't come in as good condition as I like. A lot of U.S. Stores seem to get good discounts from wallmart and other such stores, as such, that's probably the only country I know where they get good deals on sets from direct suppliers and good deals at that (40-70% off on a NIB set)

Yeah cm4sci pointed that out. Assuming we get 4 proper system sets for TLJ, I'm sure we can easily expect ach-to, the A wing and two of anything else, a bomber maybe!

Yeah, no one realises that there are places like the middle East, where sets are at least x4 more expensive. Battle packs go for 30$ there.

I remember TFA also had a livestream to show off the merchandise, LEGO included and we got leaks a few days or so before the main event. I think (or at least hope) we follow rogue ones pattern, that way we can figure out what's gonna happen these coming few waves and like I said, I really want to know if we get a new gunship this year or the next. When does lego officially reveal force Friday waves? I wanna see the back of the boxes and fast forward to the summer wave to see if they'll do another republic gunship next year.

The silencer is 80 euros for 630 pieces so not an improvement at all. The heavy scout walker is some 554 pieces for 60 euros. The heavy assault gorilla walker is the best prices at 1376 pieces for 140 euros and BB8 at 1106 pieces for 100 euros. The worst is the bomber at 778 pieces for 110 euros. There you go, might as well mention the escape pod is 294 pieces for 40 euros and the FO star destroyer is 1416 pieces for 150 euros. Hope that clears things up.
