The harrier is amazing! I also really like the nightfall/darkness effect. It adds up well to your story. Excellent work!- 7 replies

[GBW - CP5] Plantasea - Behind Enemy Lines 6/8 - The Resque One of the downed pilots find refuge inside a closed hardware store. Luckily enough, the rescue team reaches the site exactly as the enemy finds his position. This is part 6 of the "Behind The Enemy Lines" cooperative storyline. Many of the minifigs in this MOC were used by @paintballman in his CP5 MOCs and then mailed to me, in order to have the same level of details and a solid storyline. The container on the side of the building is hiding a power functions battery pack which powers up the lights in the hardware store! It took me a total of 3 days to make this MOC. I was at about 70% when I realized I had forgotten to install the hidden power funcions cables.

Campaign 5- Through the Mountains - 12/29/17 - 1/29/18
BoBKiD replied to The Great Brick War's topic in The Great Brick War
Happy New Year, everyone! I have one question about CP5, just to make things clear and avoid any mistakes. Can we show the actual rescue of the pilots and/or their extraction or just the search for them?- 20 replies

The above text is taken from the latest news. It seems to me that our forces are moving by themselves or... by a godly hand (in this case the mods). Why is this happening?

[GBW] - Supporting the war effort - Plantasea - The Repair
BoBKiD replied to BoBKiD's topic in The Great Brick War
Thanks! At first I wanted to do exactly what you said, to make the minifigs actually do something but the major problem I had was the UAV (drone) itself: If it was to become interactive, I'd have to add detail to it and it's size would almost double! This wasn't looking good, so I had to drop that plan and stick to the current one: Two supervisors in the small room discussing the plan. The Chief Engineer (blue hat) and a regular engineer (red hat) talking about the time schedule. Two more engineers (red hats) talking about the quality of the spare parts. -
(GBW- FRAGO#001) Plantasea - The Search by BoBKiD The Plantasea forces send patrols around the country in search of the missing drones. Since their tracking equipment is oldfashioned, they hire some local guides. I'd like to clarify some things about my "tank" build and the "armor" rule, since I had no intention of taking advantage of anything. The rules clearly state that we can't use certain items (e.g. armor) in our MOCs unless we unlock them. What I understood from this was that we can't build a MOC that shows any actual combat or tank/armor forces movement but we could create a MOC about building or testing an armored vehicle, which could not be used unless I had unlocked the ability to use it. Hense the non-combat-experimental-broken tank I created, which is actually a modified APC. I could say the same for my other MOC "The Power of the People", which shows recruitment, the build up of the army but not the actualy forces or the army fighting or anything similar. In any case, I'd like to say I am sorry if I caused any problems as it's completely my own misanderstanding of the rules.

I'll take one tag too, please. Congrats to everyone who participated. All builds are excellent!

[GBW] The Secret Project Somewhere in the Plantasea region, lies an old abandoned castle, build on a forgotten island. The Plantasea forces will use it for their special... projects! [GBW] - Supporting the war effort - Plantasea - The Tank
BoBKiD replied to BoBKiD's topic in The Great Brick War
You are right, I don't have the required level. But that's the whole idea behind the MOC. It's bulky, it's experimental, it doesn't work! ;) If or when we get armor, it will become a "working" model (story wise). But even if it worked, it's only a command center vehicle. No cannons, no heavy stuff. Thanks! I wanted it to be minifig scaled so it had to be... beasty!- 5 replies

The Tank In an effort to modernize their army, the Plantasea forces develop a new enhanced armored command center vehicle... or at least they are trying to!
