Beautiful review, great looking house, can't stop drooling over the sand green pieces, mini figures are a bit disappointing, something other than a 'standard' looking Dracula would have helped.

Thanks for the gorgeous and incredibly in depth review, Series 8 is surprisingly weak considering how good 6 and 7 are. Far too many repeats and odd inclusions like Santa Clause. The number of accessories as a whole seemed to have been reduced as well. The Conquistador is easily the best figure and the snowboarder is the worst and I choose her because she does not come with head gear, hairpiece for boarding?

Wow didn't expect to make it into prizes, the competition was fierce! Personally a great achievement for my first MOC contest. Learnt heaps, look forward to more contests in the future. Thanks to the EB crew for organising this awesome contest and prizes and thanks to those good folk who voted for my entry

Great review, one set that I do plan to get, 3 figures in a moderate sized set is a great, now to bear the inflated Australia prices

Nice little fighter, it would have been nice to see the wing have a smooth clean edge as opposed to the jagged look that you have done, otherwise great work

For me the elf is still the best, an army of elves lined up on top of helms deeps is priceless

Series 8 looks pretty good, there are some nice figs in there but I reckon 7 is still the series for this year

Wow Siege of Minas Tirith would make an awesome set, better than the current helms deep set if you ask me

Thanks for the review, a cheap way to pick up 2 iconic characters but Gandalf just doesn't look right to me, needs a long hair piece for when the hat is not on.
