I think Bionicle fandom comes in two main groups: Those who liked the original style, and those who thought is was okay at first but grew to like today's style much more. People see the Mahri and other recent sets as having little build and complexity and having bulky parts. While that is true, that's what I like about them. I guess I never liked technic as much as this. Which is the point - some people like what others don't. I don't see everyone's problem with the Cordak Blasters though, because you can, er, take them off and melt them. X-D

Would I be correct in assuming the Battle Packs are 7667 and 7668?Are these prices in USD? If so, could anyone tell me the price of the original Hailfire Droid so we can get an idea as to how big this one would be in comparison? Waaait a minute. AT-AP? I thought it was going to be the AT-PT? In any case, we'll get Shocktroopers. X-D Looks like this year will concentrate on the Episode II Droid army, where last year was Episode I. Hopefully we'll see a Homing Spider Droid in the summer release, and also the AAT that they didn't make this year... Maybe 09 will concentrate on the Episode III army, meaning we may finally get the Droid Gunship. Maybe next year an AT-TE as well... Come on, Lego! X-D Oh, and more of the new Droidekas. Those are goood. And, it looks like the Super Battle Droids are gunmetal after all. I'm not sure if I like this. I prefer my armies to be uniform, so I suppose this is good since I already have the gunmetal ones and no blue ones. Do you have prices for the Battle Packs and contents of the Hoth one? That one's particularly interesting.

I wouldn't really call the new Hailfire Droid a Droid Battle Pack... Obviously the Hailfire Droid is the bulk of the set, with a few Extras.

Actually, I think I know we first heard about it in 04, since I was there, but the concept of the Brotherhood was there since the start. Greg said. X-D
