Thanks Slegengr I am mainly collecting at the moment, would love to have a go at building MOCs. Looking at some of the fantastic ones posted in these forums I have a lot to learn! I will eventually attempt a modular one day, maybe I will start small with making furniture etc for them.

Hello All, I've collected most of the modular sets which I love, but I went thru a few years of not buying any so now I'm trying to catch up. I'm missing the palace cinema and 10224 town hall. Palace cinema is no problem I can still purchase now. My question is it worth investing in the town hall set? Price is pretty much double now on eBay. Anyone's opinion would be appreciated thanks :)
