  1. Yeah, I don't doubt they are fantastic builds. From the looks of it, Speed Champions is one of the consistently awesome themes. I just don't like cars at all, and only bought those three because I couldn't miss out on getting James Bond or Fast & Furious sets.
  2. Oh boy, how didn't I notice this
  3. Huh, I didn't know that was actually the Polish name. It's much catchier than Mirror of Erised, and none of the words are even Polish. I just meant a set based on Harry and Quirrel's duel (if you can even call it that).
  4. Full 2023 list (with prices). • 71777 [Kai Dragon Power: Tornado Spinjitzu] (10€, 72 pcs) • 71778 [Nya Dragon Power: Drifting Spinjitzu] (10€, 57 pcs) • 71779 [Lloyd Dragon Power: Spinjitzu Cyclone] (10€, 56 pcs) • 71789 [Kai and Ras Car and Motorcycle Battle] 4+ (20€, 103 pcs) • 71790 [Imperium Dragon Slayer Hound] (20€, 198 pcs) • 71791 [Zane Dragon Power: Spinjitzu Competition Sport Car] (35€, 307 pcs) • 71792 [Sora's Mecca Transformable Racing Bike] (45€, 384 pcs) • 71793 [Heatwave Transforming Lava Dragon] (50€, 479 pcs) • 71794 [Lloyd and Arin's Ninja Team Mechs] (80€, 764 pcs) • 71796 [Elemental Dragon vs. Empress Mecca] (100€, 1038 pcs) • 71797 [Ninja Assault Ship: Race Against Time] (140€, 1739 pcs) • 30650 [Polybag] (47 pcs)
  5. Why do people still think that they'd ever make a No Way Home 200€ D2C? Making a set for a movie that has three Spider-Men, and five of their villains unavailable to children, which are the actual target of those sets, would be a ridiculous business decision.
  6. The five sets that I feel are most crucial: • A Ministry of Magic set with Death Eaters • A Half-Blood Prince set with Harry in his red blazer • A Deathly Hallows: Part 1 set with forest scenery • Gringotts with an Ironbelly • Battle of Hogwarts set(s) with Harry and Voldemort duelling, including Deathly Hallows: Part 2 Ron, Aberforth, and other variants of existing characters But it's not like that covers all of it, there are three more that would make it feel complete: • Bathroom Troll Duel • Durmstrang Ship • The Third Challenge There are also ones that I don't feel are really necessary, but I'd be glad to see them: • Hagrid's Hut (different year) • Quidditch set (different year) • A small Hogwarts set with Harry, Quirrel, and Ain Eingarp (nod to one of the original Harry Potter sets) • A small Hogwarts set with Slughorn's potions class
  7. I don't know. I feel like them being separate represents how spacious the ocean is, instead of everything being cramped together. I mean, it would look awful on display.
  8. Built Lloyd's Mech Battle, good set. I like the mechs, they are pretty unique. Wish Lloyd didn't have a drak green breastplate and regular green everything else, it doesn't look good. Also ordered Nya's Dragon.
  9. Just built the Ilu Discovery, incredible set. The underwater scenery is stunning, and the Ilu itself is really well done. Minifigures are great too. Thinking about maybe buying more sets.
  10. Just built the Nissan, what a wonderful build. Even though I have only the (franchise) licensed Speed Champions sets, all three have surprised me with how complex and innovative the builds are. The techniques are so fresh, and I have so much fun building those sets. Hope they expand to more fandoms.
  11. The Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald set, and a few Jurassic World: Dominion ones (with the rest revealed a week after that). But it's an incredibly rare event.
  12. Apparently it's moulded (every dinosaur in this wave is).
  13. This sounds fantastic, the potential this theme has is endless. Not sure about the fact that they are tripping on mushrooms tho
  14. No, Drax is very clearly grey.
  15. Hope they reveal the other sets soon enough then. I can't wait to see the WALL•E BrickHeadz, might even be the first ones I buy. (Still so mad at myself I missed out on the Ideas WALL•E.)
  16. Obviously, since the sets would've been released last year The movie was delayed by a whole year, and so were the sets. The first wave is coming in April, and the second in June.
  17. Here you go: 1. Hungarian Horntail Dragon 2. Diagon Alley 3. Hogwarts: Polyjuice Potion Mistake 4. Hogwarts Chamber of Secrets 5. Hogwarts Express - Collectors' Edition 6. Hogwarts Icons - Collectors' Edition 7. The Rise of Voldemort 8. Attack on the Burrow 9. 12 Grimmauld Place 10. The Ministry of Magic 11. Hogsmeade Village Visit 12. The Shrieking Shack & Whomping Willow 13. Hogwarts Castle 14. 4 Privet Drive 15. Forbidden Forest: Umbridge's Encounter
  18. Because... reasons. No one really knows. It makes sense for their non-licensed series, as with over 20 series, the choices may not be interesting enough to guarantee more minifigures. No idea why it's the standard now for licensed series too tho. It leaves a lot of series uncomplete, like the first Marvel one, which could've used those four additional minifigs.
  19. My guesses. 1. Hawkeye 2. Kate Bishop 3. Moon Knight 4. Mr. Knight 5. Ms. Marvel 6. She-Hulk 7. Nick Fury 8. Talos 9. Mobius 10. Ironheart 11. [What If...?] 12. [What If...?]
  20. We don't. It's a logical assumption tho, and definitely the most likely development. I'd like it so much more if it wasn't for Disney+ projects. Couldn't care less about all of those (Loki and Spider-Man: Freshman Year being the only ones I'm genuinely excited for going forward).
  21. From Promobricks: After completing the storyline of the Jurassic World trilogy last year, the Jurassic Park franchise celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2023. LEGO is releasing several sets based on the first film to mark the anniversary.
  22. I wonder what all the sets are going to look like. Velociraptor Escape: Muldoon, a generic worker, and a single Velociraptor with a cage and some scenery Dilophosaurus Ambush: Nedry and a Dilophosaurus with a grey-and-red Jurassic Park car, and perhaps some scenery Search for the Triceratops: Ellie, Ian, Gennaro, a generic worker (not sure about those, as all the main characters appear in this scene), and a Triceratops with... a big pile of dung? (no idea what they could include honestly, for 50€ at that) Discovery of the Brachiosaurus: Alan, Ellie, Ian, Hammond, and a Brachiosaurus with another grey-and red car (I guess?), and probably a lot of scenery (with at least one tall tree) The Visitor Center: Alan, Ellie, Lex, Tim, T. rex, and a Velociraptor with the Visitor Center (not sure how good it'll look tho, definitely just the façade)
  23. No. I think it'll be just those two, with perhaps Supergirl.
