Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion

The Spider-Man 3 Epic Moment set is quite possibly the set I would've wanted most as a kid. It feels so nostalgic to finally have it, after all those years. I hope they continue this little subtheme to give us more cool, affordable and displayable sets. -
Just built the Anniversary Display set. Well, it's simply wonderful. Truly a generational Ninjago set. The build works really well and it's very displayable. The minifigures are aplenty, and they look fantastic. Still don't like the ZX armour being golden for all the Ninja though; it definitely leaves a (very small) sour aftertaste.

The Smart Brick sets... I don't have anything new to say. They are overpriced, don't look particularly good, and they've eaten like a third of this year's set slots. Not to mention that the concept as a whole is literally against the whole idea of how you play with LEGO. The Summer list sounds quite interesting. Mini posters and icons sound like they could actually be good 18+ sets. The EPII chase is long overdue. The Bespin duel is great, especially after the last one was impossible to get. Ewok Village is going to be awesome too. -

Is that Kylo Ren I see on the packaging? I beg you LEGO, give me more Sequels sets with him. BB-8 is an atrociously priced set—a 40€ build masquerading as a 90€ one. -
Kai's 10€ mech actually looks awesome. I didn't like this year's Zane's one, and Jay's mech from last year was okay at best. This one actually looks awesome, and I like that it's works with Kai's dragon form. The treehouse (if you can even call it that) looks cool, but I don't like how vehicle-focused the set is. Nearly all of them are already vehicles, so why make the one location set another vehicle? Riyu looks pretty good, but something seems off about his proportions. I don't like how the head has multiple studs on each side. The minifigures are really cool though. The anniversary display seems fantastic at first glance. I see it has slots for the anniversary minifigures on each side. I hope you can properly display all seven minifigures in this set alone though, because I don't see a lot of space. Lloyd's spinner looks cool, I like that they stopped doing those ugly Spinjitzu variants for ninjas. I also realised that Wyldfyre is completely missing from all the sets. Why is that? I love her, I hate that she's not there, especially since she was so common in this year's sets.

It genuinely bothers me how they were able to butcher Jay so much. The golden looks disgusting and mixes horribly with silver. The torso isn't even that good, why did they steal his dark blue printing? The description for the Old Town sounds good, I like the additional details that were revealed.

Fantastic set. The build is literally perfect. I love how compact and displayable it is. The interior is spacious enough too, and it's not overpriced. The minifigures are also amazing. I love seeing Nya with her old hair again. The parents look awesome too, just like the Season 7 minifigures. The Elemental Master is so great, I love that that's what they've chosen for the anniversary minifigures.

I actually hate that they changed the silver ZX armour to gold. What's the point of an accurate remake if only half the Ninja will be accurate, while the other two won't? Also, not really a fan of how the crown wraps around the whole mask. I thought it'd be longer than the previous one, but not as long as this.

Marvel Superheroes 2025 - Rumors & Discussion

This wave is surprisingly much better than I would've expected. Well done LEGO Marvel. The Ghost Rider set is cute. Ghost Rider looks great, ans I love the new fist pieces. The build is fairly good too. Spider-Man's car is probably the worst of the bunch. The build is pretty bad, and the minifigures completely uninspired. Daily Bugle is good for what it is, but it could've been more. The building itself is very nicely done, even if it doesn't feel like a 110€ set at all. It's pretty bare, all things considered. The minifigures are fine. Mysterio looks amazing, and it's nice to finally get a good-looking Rhino. The rest are whatever, unexciting. Buildable Iron Man is the second biggest surprise, because... it actually looks awesome? They've finally made a good buildable figure, that will look good on display, has a great minifigure, and doesn't cost 300€. It's overpriced, but still... The Hulbuster set is just great. The armour itself looks fantastic and isn't oversized like they tend to be. Hulk has amazing printing. The display stand isn't substantial, but it's really well done, and helps focus on the figures. Now, for the biggest surprise of this wave... it actually was a Spider-Man 3 set?! This is something I would've literally killed for as a child, and I'd sure as hell kill for it now. The minifigures are amazing—Tobey still has dual-moulding, Venom looks perfect, and Sandman even has leg printing, plus both villains have awesome accessories. The display stand is so good, what with all the metal and Venom's webs. And it also isn't overpriced? Like, 25€ seems fair enough. Definitely a day 1 buy. The Epic Moment Collection has the potential to become the coolest subtheme or gimmick this theme has ever done. They're actually affordable, look good on display, and may focus on movies and scenes we haven't gotten yet. I can't wait to see how they expand it. -

So, to start off, the new box art is gorgeous to look at. The Patronuses are a weird 25th anniversary collectible, and I don't much care for them. The cauldron looks good enough, but it's a weird set. Not really sure who it's made for, because it doesn't look too exciting to play with, nor so amazing as to be a display piece. The Cornish Pixie looks kinda bad, but not too terrible. I like the display stand though. The Sorting Ceremony sucks, I think. The minifigures are plain and boring, while the build is scattered. The wheel is obviously a nice reference to a set I own, but that's about all it has to offer. The Lovegood house is really good, if cramped inside. Ron should've been included. It's definitely an overpriced set. The Philosopher's Stone set is awesome. I love it as a display piece, it's really well done. I like that it's compact, and the minifigures are very detailed, but 160€ is hard to swallow. It'd be a better deal for 120€. The Privet Drive set is perfect, easily my favourite of the bunch. It's overpriced at 20€, but since it's so small, it doesn't matter as much. The minifigures are great, the builds are very well done, and I'll be glad to finally have a Deathly Hallows set. And now, for the worst Harry Potter set ever, and probably one of the worst sets I've ever seen in general... My god. The Ford Anglia is horrendous. It's so unsettlingly smooth. The figures are somehow twice as bad, and easily the worst thing LEGO has ever made. A terrible set to play with, and an even worse display piece. -
The mask is a bit weird, with the bottom being really point and the "crown" being much more prominent than before, but the suit looks fantastic. The fact that we're getting all of them in a single set us genuinely incredible, and I've never wanted to see a set more than this.

It's also cool that Jay is once again a ninja. He even changed his hair back. I like his suit the least though. For some reason he uses a dark blue mask, which looks off. His arms are in that yellowish colour, so it looks like it's another tournament suit with bare arms.

Some parts of the 2026 sets have leaked, including Jay's car, Cole's mech, Zane's chopper, and multiple Ninja suits and villains. Not a big fan of the suits this time around.

Do you actually think Steve isn't... well... the worst minifigure you've ever seen? They literally butchered half of the minifigures. Jonathan is easily one of the worst there, but Steve is even worse. Not to mention how plain they all are. No leg printing really hurts how they look. The first set had incredible minifigures—they all looked unique, detailed, and extremely accurate. Here, most people can't even recognise half of the characters.

When we heard about this set for the first time a week ago, I immediately added it to my must-buy list, because... duh, how could I not. I adore Stranger Things, and the previous set is my favourite set of all time! But after seeing this, I actually actively do not want it. It doesn't scream Stranger Things, like the previous one; it's just an abandoned house with two cars. If the minifigures were great, then maybe I'd buy it—but they are horrible. Already my biggest disappointment of 2026. Really unfortunate.
