Brick-built?? - That's going to suck.

At a glance, these are some of the ugliest sets I've ever seen. They look so childish. The MCU got the worst sets this year.

Just noticed that there seems to be no octopus, angler fish or crab villains listed.

Couldn't help but notice that there is no 'cheap way' to get Jay. Also, they ommitted Master falls so I'll be waiting on whether there is a cheaper way to get Wu and Garmadon. Plus, no villains for Destinys bounty?? I guess it's just a command base and not a warship. Looking forward to the Water strider and the Temple the most. I'm assuming that Shen-li is that female warrior from the sticker book. Not as many civilians as I would've hoped for. Oh well.

I think it's conceptual. Garmadon has the wrong helmet.

Which set are the bottom two from??

With the exception of the cole minifig, both of the 'set' pictures are almost certainly fake. The bounty is just an edited version on the final flight of destiny's bounty. And the small set for reasons mentioned by Ninja of Fire.

So you saw the Ninjago sets??

If it is a D2C, it's a pretty lame excuse for one.

In my personal opinion, I hope that the resources were dedicated to the ninjago movie. Stylistically, i love what TLG has done and cannot wait to see the sets. If it means no Batman D2C so be it. Just hope that the Ninjago movie is better than the batman one- which basically means Ninjago just has to be moderately good compared to the rather mediocre (and somewhat lackluster) batman movie.

Are you banned from buying parts from bricks and pieces with money too?? What about stuff from lego.com/shop?? If not, just buy the part instead from bricks and pieces. I doubt they'd ban you from giving them money (unless they have for some reason) and it shouldn't cost you too much. Otherwise, try bricklink.

So this just appeared. It seems in line with the sets confirmed here. I'm assuming that these are the 10 wide release sets.

Thanks Cap'n. I'm liking the look of these sets but they seem to be a little on the pricey side, even with the large moulds considered. Haven't collected many Juniors sets so is this a recurring theme for this line- and by theme I mean overpricing sets??

I do agree that we'd have to see the ninjago movie first. If it's anything like The Lego Batman Movie then I'd hope not. Personally, I was disappointed with TLBM movie. That's why I really want Ninjago to be great- I feel like it doesn't deserve the hate that it's been getting. Plus, alot of the character designs/ designs in general are simply amazing. I really hope that the movie can live up to the standard of what they've already shown.

This question isn't really related to the movie but I'll post it anyways. I bought the killer Croc set recently and much to my misfortune, one of the 1x1 brown clips broke when I was building. I tried to order the piece through Lego's replacement part service but my order got denied for some reason. Any help as to where I can get a replacement??

Not really interested in Star wars so most of my Summer budget will go towards a few of the summer LBM sets and then mostly this. I'll probably try to wait for a good deal or two first before getting the ninjago sets. For now, I've got to finish off getting the last few sets (that I want) from TLBM. Even so, I'll probably only pick up the builds that I like from TLNM, as this wave is ridiculously expensive. Is anyone aware that the UK is getting TLNM 3 weeks later than the rest of the world? It totally stinks. Hopefully we'll get the sets on time.

She/he's probably saving up for the infinity war sets until March 2018. Then after buying them, she/he'll get the ninjago sets which will have been out for a while and hence will have depreciated in price. I like the new ninja hoods. Feels much more 'ninja-like' to me. I love the Lloyd figure in general.
