I did not meen how much presurre the system could handle, bur how much the electrick pump could provide.

How much pressure do you thin the air pump will be able to deliver? Will the cylinders move at a reasonable speed and can lift pretty heavy things? Or will the pump be the weakest part of the system?

I think he has to to lift the boom up before he extends it, if not, I do not think the LAs would make it. To bad that there is not any bigger/longer LAs. And I do not understand why Lego has not thought of useing that kind og outriggers, so simple, but still very effectiv.

To fully rc the unimog will be a lot of work because of the pneumatic switches.

Nice work! I'am wondering if there is a conection between this B-model and the contanier truck B-model, sinc both of them look like some airport equipment. And about the price, I think this will cost the same or more than the last year mobile crane sinc it has an engine and a batterybox. Lego seems to charge a lot for the engine parts.

The Norwegian "version" does not. I have the box for the excavator in my closet and it certainly does not have piece count. The 8421 mobile cran truck has, strange...

When did Lego start to display part count on the box? I do not think last year sets had that.

What did you pay for the tow truck? I just bought it for 800 kr (144 dollar) this weekend and finished it today. It was 100 % complet with stickers and all. Considered that I bought it in Norway i think it is a pretty good price. At least less than it did cost in 2006. Now I'am only missing the bulldozer to get all the big flaggship sets.

Does anyone know when this will be realised? As late as the unimog, or a bit earlier? I hope earlier

We have known that for a while already. I'am really looking forward to this one, hope it will be aviable when I'am in USA this summer. Lego is really expesive here in Norway.

Simple and clever, but if this is made for speed I think it is way to heavy on the top. Try to put the batterybox a bit lower if possible.

Or you could just call Lego and ask them kindly if they can send you a new one. I did that and got a brand new cd one week later.

I was not criticizeing his model, but the video. The car looks really good, and I am not capable to bulid anything nearly as good. So therefore I think it is pity that we does not get to see the whole care. I did not know that i could see more pics at that website. And if you think that the video was good enough why did you remove it?

It looks really good, but the bending on the axel is a bit concerning. How much can it lift, caus from own experiences I know that liner actors placed like that really strugle to lift almost any amount of weight? I tried to put a xl motor in my 8265 front loader for the raising mechanism and almost destroid the gearing. Not something I recomend to try...
