I'm surprised that Lego hasn't officially revealed the App Controlled Batmobile at Toy Fair, it seems like the kind of set they'd want retailers to see. When should we expect official images for the summer sets? We've normally relied on Toy Fairs in prior years

Same here, I just gave all the A-Listers their standard heads and hairpieces, although the bigfigs have grown on me. Not entirely sure why Killer Moth had an exposed mouth, that was more Firefly's thing

I hope not, the exclusive figs are the only reason I bought the last ones and I need that Atom! Then again at least I'd save money for the Batmobile

True, after all, they seem to be including a 'Krypto the Superdog' based Ace in the same set as the New 52 Talons. IF it were Copperhead, it would make more sense to go for the more colourful and memorable costume than the muted Origins look

I mean I know the figures will be great but damn is that price point scary

While I was initially disappointed with the App-Enabled Batmobile, it’s started to grow on me. However if it’s in the £100 price range I fear it’ll be the end of me

The Birth of Two-Face

Pretty much. I mean with the exceptions of Pyg, The Court of Owls and Simon Hurt, there haven’t really been any notable new villains. The Circus of Strange members are all side characters and Bloom lacks something the other villains have. It’s the same reason Firefly or Ventrilloquist aren’t at the top of these lists. As much as I like them, they don’t really challenge Batman like the heavy hitters do- Bane is the man who physically broke him, Scarecrow’s toxins bring him to the edge of sanity, I don’t even need to mention Joker’s achievements. Firefly is just a pyromaniac. Pyg is just a psychopath, whereas Hush is on most of these lists due to his personal connection to Bruce.

Inspired by the work of @Ashnflash and @Robert8 (though mine are hardly as glamorous) I present the first four figs of my custom DC Comics CMF series Golden Age Superman (With Action Comics #1), Golden Age Batman (with Detective Comics #27), Golden Age Wonder Woman (with Wonder Woman #1), Rebirth Wally West (with Watchmen Button) Any suggestions for the next set (although I have several ideas of my own)

Yeah, he also lacks the media exposure most of the released Rogues (excluding the LBM villains) have. His only major appearances have been in the Arkham Series and in miniature cameo in a Batman Unlimited film. Even Killer Moth has appeared in Brave and the Bold, The Batman, Batman: Bad Blood, Teen Titans and Teen Titans Go

I got mine for £80 and I love it! Very sturdy build and looks good on display. Much better than the 2012, 2014 or Brother Eye one’s (though it has competition from the Batman vs Superman one). So yeah, if you can get it for a good price, go for it

I’d rather get Firefly, Black Mask or Hatter before Hush but that doesn’t mean I wouldn’t welcome him. Just nostalgia for the Lego games I guess (though I liked the Hush and Heart of Hush stories). With the Batman Beyond, Rebirth and DKR Armoured Batman, I hope we’ll see more Bat-costumes from the comics (A blue/grey suit with proper boots would be super!)

On the subject of the video games, Hatter is one of the only characters to be featured in all three games but not be released physically (the only other is Hush). This probably doesn’t mean anything, just something I noticed

So the S18 pictures leaked and here are some initial ideas The Brick Guy’s hair could be used for Hal Jordan The Balloon Clown’s bow tie and hat (if reversed) are practically made for Jervis Tetch The Spider-Man’s head could probably be used for Brother Blood or Chronos

Yep, ideally it’d come with Drury, his Lego Batman: The Videogame costume, Firefly and a couple of other low tier villains (Ten Eyed Man, The Spinner or Doctor X/Double X). The Cave itself should have a helipad, a work station and an empty trophy cabinet

It would certainly fit with all the other JLA characters we’ve got (Rebirth Batman, Killer Frost, Black Canary and Lobo). Going by that train of thought, maybe The Ray. It’d also take us right back to Atom

I think a Superman variant is pretty likely considering we've had two Batman variants and one Wonder Woman in these book exclusives. I could see a Golden Age, New 52, Convergence or Rebirth Superman.

When Lego eventually gets round to making a non-jokerfied Wayne Manor I could see us getting Black Mask and Hush (both characters have an intense hatred for Bruce Wayne and Hush broke into the Batcave in ‘Heart of Hush’). Wesker seems like the kind of character who’d just be inserted into a set just because they needed a secondary antagonist (i.e. Killer Moth in Harvest of Fear, Boomerangs in the Croc set etc.)
