    on bag #9 of the Boutique Hotel and im just amazed , this might be the best modular since Assembly Square. Amazing techiniques , very detailed interiors(always a big plus for me in modulars) and a love letter to all the modulars that came before not to spoil anything but there is a piece that its just amazing , also the colours of the exterior are very pretty

    Really like Gardens but since i only own ninjago city and both are corner buildings im really worried on how it will Look next to ninjago city. Am i the only one??

    A modular police station alongside a modular train station is probably the most requested modular but still people can bitch about...unbelievable , lego is giving us one of the most requested items and yet some people still bitch about it

    yeah i remember reading an interview with Jaime where he said the modular line is thought years in advance so there is no way they would be able to guess what would be happenning this year

    Its confirmed to be 200€ ? Corner garage was 200€ and as far as i know it didnt sold well because of it. I wish they would stay at the 170€ window

    The left side seems to blend in well with either AS or PR

    Seems like a donut shop at bottom left and a newspaper stand at the bottom right Upper right looks like jail windows. The upper left part could connect to the main center building since the Donut shop seems too narrow to put a staircase in there(seems 6 wide)

    Ground Floor : Reception / Lobby / Interrogation room 1st Floor : 2 Offices / 2 prison cells 2nd Floor : Kitchen / Chill out Room / Armoury 3rd Floor : Heliport (but please LEGO dont waste pieces on a helicopter)

    need some feedback / ideas on a project from more experience builders : im gonna build diagon alley on a normal modular baseplate since the normal diagon alley is build in half of a normal modular baseplate i was thinking of building the front of the set with 2x2 tiles , 1x1 tiles and some 1x1 bricks so that i can put minifigs on without them falling im asking feedback/help on which colour or colours should i use i have to buy them on bricklink thats why im asking for help from experience mocs builder
