  1. You're on fire this week. I can't wait to find out what you discover next.
  2. AUD $69.95. I plan to look for it again next week. :'-)
  3. I see kitbashing as a destructive activity. I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just that kitbashing to me is when you get a model kit and break and/or glue pieces together for use in ways beyond their original intention. Since this is neither destructive, nor is it use beyong the original intention, it's just a MOC to me.
  4. :'-) That's so nice of you to offer. *sweet* I'll get back to you; I need to find a new neighbourhood that will put up with the smell of clams... 8-| (I'd prefer Sieggy to Sinnsy. Perhaps I should change my name to Siegfried...)
  5. Welcome, welcome, welcome! Welcome to Eurobricks! 150 mini-figs eh? That takes me back.... 2 years ago! :-D We have a lot of castle fans here so you should fit in well. *sweet*
  6. Hinckley eh? Never heard of him. He seems to have good taste in Lego though. ;-) I'm being done again for Australia day. X-D
  7. Me too! I got it all! X-D
  8. Only you would care enough to make a scene of Rebo escaping! :-P Are you planning on making his restaurant as well? You're kidding! I have more fire than that. I think you secretly want Jar Jar to live. :-/
  9. That it; I'm moving. That's what I get for telling Hinckley where I live. I thought it was safe since he lives in another country... I probably should tell you that I haven't ordered pizza for over a year.... :-X
  10. I know that for 7897 (RC Passenger Train) it was 38%. Very good guess! :-D
  11. Yes I love his work... but I've seen it all before! :-D Have you heard of Moko? You're such a helpful guy! *wub*
  12. Indeed it does, and I love Unimogs. *wub* It's interesting that I only just made a 6-wide one. :-P Anyone notice that it uses the new mudguards, the same ones that are used in the speed-racer sets? The slopes on the bonnet look new too. The yellow piece definitely is that technic one though. The impulse sets are looking better and better too! *wub*
  13. Welcome to Eurobricks, the ultimate home of Lego love! *wub* You have another three months to wait until the Indy sets arrive in Australia... :-/
  14. Welcome to Eurobricks. Have fun!
  15. I'm confused. Does that mean that a MOC is a purest custom as well? I thought this forum was supposed to be a haven for non-purist customisers.
  16. Oh sorry! :-$ Yes, I meant the one in the signature... which you seem to have fixed now! X-D
  17. Oh. Well since that's what he said then I stand corrected. Can't say that I agree with his point though... 8-| To me a custom should at the least use a part beyond its intended use. (Most of Chucks MOCs are like that. ;-))
  18. Sorry for taking so long to respond! I read this straight away but never got around to replying... :-$ Excuses aside, it was one of the funniest things I have read all year! I just hope that it is a joke and not reality.... :-P
  19. I like the Batman knight. There was actually a comic based in the past where Batman was a knight. I can't remember the name of it though... :-| Errr... so what is custom then? If there are no part mods, new parts or paint jobs with these figs then they are MOCs, not customs, and should be moved to the "Other Themes" forum... 8-|
  20. Updated. Indeed you are; from what I've heard the first run ended around about then. :-P
  21. I don't have a problem with that piece. I don't think Lego overuse it and it is far more usable than the 1x2x5 piece, which I think is overused. :-/
  22. Please don't do that. If you are ignored be gracious; accept it and move on. Don't re-post giant images for the second time in some childish effort to get some attention. Honestly, my five year old boy does stuff like that; "Daddy? Daddy? Daddy?". I hope you aren't like this live... :-/ Having said that, you have done some fine detective work, and I think you could be right with most of them. (I think you are wrong on the 4x1 plates open/explode for example. They seem to be just decoration to me, especially since that 12x12 piece just fits in the hole provided...)
  23. What stickers? I thought they were printed?
  24. Well I tend to not insult those as they were intended to be a step between the Duplo men and the mini-figures. From a design point of view I think they were a success. If Lego made the sets look better the line may have even worked. For example, the set that those pieces come from... :-X The trailer is OK but the truck itself?! *wacko* Horrid, just plain horrid.
