Yeah, they usually just change the $ sign into a Euro sign. I wouldn't be surprised if LEGO wasn't making a profit in the Euro countries... and I don't feel bad for them. I do feel bad for the diehard LOTR fans if the line gets cancelled, though.

Thanks CIHE! I was sure those were stickers in 70700. I hope we get printed pieces in the other sets too.
-
The Chi cores look more like crystals.
-
Yeah, I'd like to know too.

I can't wait for a good video review of Attack of the Wargs. Who cares if you're the first? It's the quality of the review that matters.
-
It's pretty bad. He didn't even bother to take any photos himself. The link just2good gave has another review (but the quality is horrible).
-
I hope we're getting a small set with a new (white) horse.
-
I like everything about this set, except the price (in Euros). It's preposterous even if it's a licensed theme. I like the quality of the pics, but you could've added pics of the front- and backprinting dwarfs without the cape, quiver and armor. Thanks for taking the time to review this.

I have to wait untill December 20th. Hopefully this means there will be some kind of discount because of Christmas.

Thanks for the review just2good!

Doesn't Yazneg have blue skin in the movie?
-
Well, the designer video only showed one saddle, so it does have an extra saddle. I'm glad there are no stickers.
-
Hey Hawkman, thanks for the pics of the Wargs! I take it the set comes with an extra saddle? How about stickers?
-
Just be glad you're not paying Euros.
-
Have you ever done a YT review?
-
That's odd, because I read an interview with I think Gandalf's actor the other day and he said The Hobbit would be less dark than LOTR.
-
Aren't the Orcs supposed to be ugly? I wouldn't call the Dwarfs in the movie pretty either.
-
Maybe it's still possible to change it? I don't know how many TGKB sets have already been produced?
-
I'm surprised by the amount of stickers in The Goblin King Battle. I really thought LEGO wouldn't include so many stickers in their LOTR/The Hobbit sets, since they would expect a lot of AFOLs would be the ones buying the sets. I guess it's because The Hobbit will be in theatres soon and apparently the movie is aimed at a younger audience that the LOTR trilogy. Anyway, I can't wait for the video reviews and I hope there will be few to none stickers in the Attack of the Wargs set.

For those of you that don't know, there's a video on YT about the minifigures Balin and Bofur. Just search for "lego the hobbit" and select "upload date" and you'll find it.
-
LEGO didn't how (if) profitable the LOTR sets would become.
-
Do you guys think there will be a sale for the LOTR sets around Christmas?
-
I guess now we know who has the Treasure of the Dwarfs. You are one devoted fan! There was no proof anyway.

My mistake, I figured the USA would be the first to get the new Hobbit sets. Maybe I should check the larger toy stores. (I live in the Netherlands.)

The Hobbit sets are already out in the USA? It's not even November!
