Sure you can. I'll get it done soon enough. More Mexicans: Officer 1: Officer 2: Officer 3: The colour used on these figures is dark blue. Coming next: Nelson, Russians
-
Ah, no. These are the Mexicans TheBrickster wants. I thought I'd take a break from Napoleonics. But these'll be done soon, then I'll do Russia.

Mexican Uniforms: Infantry: Officer: Artillery: Officer: Cavalry: Presidial: Coming next: Santa Ana, Mexican Staff
-
LIBRARY: Pirate Torso/Decal/Sticker Designs

I found some time, as it turns out. To Fordo: forgive me for making some assumptions, but, seeing as you want Bluecher, I'm guessing Waterloo is what you're interested in. That picture you provided is a very dressy uniform, but here he is as he most likely would have appeared in Waterloo. Gebhard Leberecht Bluecher: Also, TheBrickster, what is it you're looking for? Mexicans in general, Mexican general staff ot Santa Ana? EDIT: Disregard that completely. I've looked up the Mexican uniforms, and they're rather nice. I now intend to cover them all in the near future.

I'll be a bit busy for the next couple of weeks, so I won't be producing anything for a while. But I'll make a Bluecher and see what I can do about some Mexicans. Also, Bonaparte, if you're looking for films with a bit more men in them, have you tried Waterloo or War and Peace, both by Sergei Bondarchuk? With regards to the Prince of Orange, his portrayal in Sharpe was quite unfair, for he wasn't anywhere near as incompetent as he is shown to be, and, after the battle Wellington put the mistakes he made down to his lack of experience.

The Prussian uniform for Jena-Auerstedt is a very simple one, with little variation between units and officers. Musketeer: Fusilier: Grenadier: Jaeger: Cavalry: Coming next: Russians for Austerlitz
-
I did say I'd do the Dutch and Belgians next, but, according to my sources, their uniforms were very similiar to French ones, so much so that they were fired on mistakenly by British troops several times at Waterloo. Therefore, existing French designs can be used, and I have only one different torso here, the Prince of Orange or "Silly Billy" as Sharpe rather ungraciously calls him. Update: 1813-1815 Prussians - Trooper, Officer Landwehr: Luetzow Freikorps Infantry: Jaeger: Uhlan (uniform same for all ranks): Coming next: Jena-Auerstedt Prussians

I have no idea about pixel sizes. I just make them small so they look right, as I don't print any of these out.

Sorry about this. I mist have missed this post. Anyway, I use MS Word, of all things.
-
Really whatever I can find. Osprey books are best, but failing that I just use the internet or some of my model soldiers.

Change of plan. Seeing as Woody's doing some Russians, I thought I'd try something else. So here are some troops for Waterloo: Nassau infantryman: Brunswick Avant-garde officer: Brunswick Avant-garde trooper: Coming next: Dutch, Belgians, Prince of Orange
-
Here's all the British torsos: Artilleryman: Rocket Artilleryman: Dragoon: Officer of KGL: KGL Trooper: Hussar: The Rocket Troop had interesting detail on the backs of their coats, which I have replicated here. Coming next: Russia
-
Good old MS Paint. UPDATE: French Guard artillery: French Guard chasseur: And with that, France is finished. Coming next: Britian.
-
Carabinier bugler: Cuirassier bugler: French artilleryman: French artillery driver: Coming next: French Guard Artillermen, some British Cavalry Also, am I allowed to flagrantly double-post like this?
-
Very nice figures. Especially the grenadiers with the cords and plumes on their bearskins. Excellent work.
-
I'll see what I can do about it. I'm not interested in that war, and so have no books or uniform plates about it, but I'll see what I can dig up. In the meantime: Dragoon officer: Dragoon: Bugler: Coming next: French Artillerymen, Carabinier/Cuirassier Bugler
-
I really do like making these; it's never a chore or dull. I think I'll do Russians, for I wargame them, and already have a fair idea about what they'd look like. Also, the post-Jena Prussian uniform is very similar to the Russian one, which helps.
-
More updates: Cuirassier: Carabinier: Coming next: French Dragoons and Artillery, then British Cavalry and Artillery After that, would you rather see Russians or Prussians? Anybody have any thoughts?
-
I don't like using my figures for real-life things. No reason why; I just don't. Making the bodies is good fun, though.
-
Wow... I've actually never seen anything I've made on a figure before. Thanks a lot!

What is your favorite LEGO color ???
Mosana replied to Brick Miner's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I really like: Dark Green, Dark Red, Dark Blue and Dark Tan. Sand Blue is very nice as well, as well as Maersk Blue, which I unfortunately have none of. My favourite of these is probably dark tan, and I really wish I had more of it. -
How do you plan on making such a rifle? I've seen brown muskets, black muskets and rifles used. Personally, I'd use regular muskets, seeing as the green uniform already makes them look pretty distinctive. But I'd like to see what you can come up with.

I got my red from this page here, as well as my other basic colours: http://www.classic-castle.com/howto/articles/Torsos.html

Excellent work on the medal(?) on his chest. I tried a few times to do that, but eventually gave up. Quick update: The bodies in Lego-size:
