  1. Yea, Blue Beetle uses the same piece in the 76054-1: Batman: Scarecrow Harvest of Fear set.
  2. The idea is to place it on 2 grey baseplates (96x48), maybe expand to 2,5 grey baseplates (96x72). Then fill the 'floor' with water studs so it looks like its in the water. I'm going to add the Doc Ock Mech in the water and maybe some other sets that fit the theme (maybe the Roxxon truck from the 4th Civil War set?). After that I'll complete the bridge and hope to make an epic battle. Any ideas on how you or other people would display this piece are welcome :)
  3. Work and still live at mommy and daddy haha. Gonna move out later this year so got to spend everything I can before I have to limit myself :p
  4. Alrighty I finished building everything and put it together. It is just to show how it looks. From here I'm gonna start making a MOC and modify the bridge even further. 20160603_233011 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160603_233032 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160603_233025-1 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr
  5. It is way too small for that. Standard width is 10 studs for the car lane (14 if you count the 'wall' sides).
  6. Yea. I just finished building bag 1-6 of bridge 3. This is how it looks when side to side. 20160603_001858 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr The idea is that I make 1 bridge out of these but then I have to close this gap: 20160603_001915 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr However.. I can also just modify the 2 'bridges buildings' (don't know how to call it xD The top where the flag is on) into 1 (or 2 if you count left and right) and keep the gap. In theory you can make a lane for pedestrials and/or bicycles.
  7. Yea, gonna do that this weekend. Already have the sets ready to go but building a big set 4 times in a row kills my brain :p The only problem I'm facing now is how to make the mid section look like it's in proportion to the car lanes.
  8. Alright, I put the 'signs' section back in after some modifications. It is now 8 studs longer than before: 20160602_193713 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr
  9. Yea, I should probably modify the 'Bag 7' parts by adding a technic brick in it so you can add those to together. That will add 8-10 studs in length.
  10. Sooooo... I finished building the second bridge (minus the stickers/play features) and put them together. The only thing I did right now is simply putting them together. I This is the result: 20160602_160109 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr If you take off this piece (Lego bag 7) you can easily add the bridges together. 20160602_160142 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160602_160131 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160602_160156 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160602_160151 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr
  11. It was okay. Not that great but not really boring either.
  12. So regarding the Bridge MOC: What do you think is the best way to do it? I already came to the conclusion that 4 bridges is the best way to go as you can make 2 lanes, but do you guys think that I should make the bridge higher/wider? I'm kinda new to moccing, but I want to have the right proportions when it comes to vehicles and the bridge. For example; the road as it comes in the box is good for Mighty Micro figures, but it should be for bigger vehicles like a standard 6stud wide car. To the point: If I want cars with a 6 studs width, how wide should the bridge be (for 1 lane)? And how high?
  13. The 75156 looks cool, AT ST is okayish and don't really care for the rest. The minifigs however look kinda lackluster when it comes to troopers.
  14. Sure, here you go: (not a photographer or something like that so please keep that in mind xD) 20160601_214756 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160601_214740 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160601_214730 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160601_214701 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr 20160601_214643 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr In comparison with the bridge: 20160601_214853 by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr
  15. I actually like the Doc Ock mech alot! It looks pretty cool next to the bridge. Also bought 3 extra bridges.. Going to make 1 big bridge MOC.
  16. Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. The police car is useless and the Taxi is a good build, but too small. The bridge itself looks great, but I wish it was more wide.
  17. Just finished building the Bridge set. Great set, good value and outstanding minifigures. The things I don't like are the 'side' build vehicles and dimensions of the cars/bridge. They feel like a build for in a junior set (very small and easy to build). The bridge itself is long enough for 1 side of a bridge, but it lacks a proportional width. At best it is an one way road. You can't even fit the 2 cars next to each other and those cars are like 4-5 studs wide. But overall this set is so good that I'm going to buy 3 extra bridges so I that can make 1 amazing diorama.
  18. I got 2 in the Ghost Rider and Doc Ock set. Haven't opened the bridge yet.
  19. If that is directed to me: the Mighty Micros thing is just the (upper part of the) cardboard packaging.
  20. They did in Gouda (Play Today Lego store). #Lego #legohaul by Kevin Langenberg, on Flickr
  21. 250 dollar normally means 300€, so I would count on something near that price range (for example assault on Hoth is 250 dollar-280 euro)
  22. I bought the original set and then all the parts for the black version. If I were to do it again I would just bricklink the black parts (cost me around 100€).
  23. Meh looks okayish. Ahsoka and Sato are nice additions, but same old ezra/chopper/Kalus with a mediocre ship makes me not that happy.
