Looking at getting one of the following: 42042 Crawler Crane 42052 Heavy Lift Helicopter 42039 24 Hours Race Car Which out of them would be the best to get?

Hi guys, hope you are all good. I am looking at getting a Technic set or two and was wondering what choice I should get. I am looking between the 24 Hours Race Car 42039 or getting both Drag Racer 42050 and Race Kart 42048. I am looking for them to be functional and also having an interesting build. What would you suggest?

What would you recommend with the Fortrex at the moment? I have a budget of around £130.

Are the Fortrex and Jestro's Evil Mobile worth the money? Are they fun builds?

I am looking at getting a modular building tomorrow. Which do you think is the best out of Detectives Office and Parisian Restaurant and why? Thank you. (I don't have Palace Cinema or Pet Shop because I find they lack quality compared to the rest)

I am unsure if this is the right place to post. Is the Parisian Restaurant being retired. It says Temporarily out of Stock however their is no given date of when stock will be available like other sets. Anyone know about this?
