I can't see the Signature option in the Setting panel anymore. It was there a long time ago. Can anyone help?

Hi please see the prototype that I made. The color of the body is a bit too dark that the shadow drawn on the cloth is invisible. Also I have to draw the lines of textures in white. Are they too thick and bright? Something is wrong with the printing on the legs and hips. And the color of the hips should also be dark green but I couldn't find one. Hi this is a set of police swat which includes a vehicle, four minifigures and some accessories. It was modified from my military humvee so to make it less violent : ). The bonnet, doors and trunk lid are fully openable. Two minifigures can seat properly inside the car while the others need to squeeze in. If you like it could you kindly support it on Lego ideas?
