I just realized lego gave the Fleet Trooper the spear 😐 it’s UCS Gunship Clone Commander all over again 😐 lego is really saying that the Fleet Trooper doubles as an Honor Guard 😐

I really want to know what lego was thinking with remaking Yoda’s Starfighter. Like if they had thrown in a Dooku,one of force people with the masks,Darth Bane,or literally ANYTHING semi rare/new I covid at least see a small reason to remake it but why remake the set and have it look nearly identical to the last version yet increase the price by 10 dollars??????

Vader’s Castle at least looks cool on display this Yavin looks ugly. And no the “amount of pieces or price” are not an excuse considering Vader’s Castle and Jabba’s Palace from 2012 have great figures and moderate piece counts but also look great on display. Promobricks is saying that the Swamp Speeder Price has been reduced from 26.99 Euros to 20.99 Euros.

Also that Yoda’s Starfighter has to be one of the worst remakes ever made. It literally brings nothing new or interesting to the table yet it costs 10 dollars more than the previous version………… (that set SHOULD’VE been an Ahsoka Interceptor considering we’ve never gotten it and getting a remake for R7 and Seasons 3-6 Ahsoka would’ve been nice)

That Yavin Temple looks awful. The Figure selection is also pretty terrible. (Getting Red Leader and an updated Celebration Luke is GREAT) but seriously? No updated Biggs,Porkins,and most of all NO Honor Guards?! This was the ONE opportunity we had to get Rebel Honor Guards and Lego completely blew it😔 Also maybe it’s just me but that Yavin Leia IMO looks worse than the 2012 version……….

I can’t believe how fudging dumb Lego/Disney are with this 100th anniversary of Disney. Like WHY are they making sets based on dumb live action remakes when the classic movies are literally RIGHT THERE??? First Peter Pan,now Little Mermaid,and I’d assume Snow White in 2024 😔 like classic movie sets would sell so well like imagine how cool a Jolly Roger 150-200 dollar pirate ship would be based on 1953 Peter Pan or a Diorama based on “Part of your World from 1989 Little Mermaid,or obviously a Snow White Cottage based on 1937 Snow White. Like the possibilities for classic Disney based minifigure sets are endless so of course they won’t actually make them😔

Alright MASSIVE update on Yavin! The celebration medals are using the CMF medal piece with prints on them! Which means we’re getting new Luke,and Han variants!!!!!!

Yeah talking with him he seems unsure about Honor guards being in the set or not.

I also have been talking with him as well. The May 4th Promo sounds like it’ll be a big L IMO.

The set looks like the outside bubble turrets missing that he is confident it’s a gunship. Also Yoda’s Starfighter is a dud (just Yoda and R2)

One last thing he says that the May 4th promo is a midi scale something but doesn’t appear to have figures He said everything screams gunship outside the lack of bubble turrets. (Part of me wonders if this is actually a republic cruiser/frigate)

He said he’s skeptical to call it a Gunship because he saw no bubble turrets on the wings. (He did say it’s possible they’re brick built though)

I believe this Fluffy leaker btw but something really odd is he said the wings don’t seem to have the Bubble Turrets on them 🤔 Here are other things Fluffy told me in DM’s. Jedi Shuttle, with Ahsoka, Sabine, Huyang, and an inquisitor w/ no printed face Yavin set was the medal ceremony main cast (Luke, Leia, Han, Chewie, R2, and 3P0) with a Y Wing, as well as a handful of pilots, regular rebels, the admiral dude from the last x wing (if I remember correctly), and a new astromech. 10+ figs including the droids. (Inquisitor with no face is odd but maybe it’s the new character Baylon from the Ahsoka show)

Is this Fluffy person on Reddit legit? They’re claiming the Padme in the gunship is a remake of the 2012 TCW Padme with a tan body suit and dark red jacket. (If this is true that’s an L on the part of Lego considering we need new variants for Padme and her in the senate garb would just be perfect.) Edit they’re also claiming that Hera will have her dark brown jacket this time as well.

The TRUE GOAT in all this is Captainsolo80 on Reddit! He leaked the gunship over 3 months ago with this exact set number and figure selection!
