Thank you for the nice comments! Here is another set of pictures of the modular next to some other buildings. Hopefully I can present these modulars to you in a nicer setting when I've finally decided on a layout for my town. Chroute

This is a very nice MOC! And as others have noted before me: beautiful colour scheme!

I would like to present my newest MOC to you, The Diamond Shop. This a narrow modular (8×32). It’s also a bit shorter (if you exclude the sunhouse which is located at the back). The reason for this is a shortage of sand coloured bricks. (Also my apologies for the quality of the photo’s, I’ve had to make do with an old camera which isn’t capable of very clear pictures.) Here are some more pictures of the front: And the back: The following pictures show the ground floor, first floor and second floor. As you can imagine, I had very little space to work with, so the interior that I’ve fitted in is reasonably crammed. I hope you like it and I look forward to your comments! Chroute I've just noticed a mistake in the topic title. It says "Diamon" while it should be "Diamond". I don't know how to edit the title so my apologies for this mistake!

I have a question about combining buildings that are narrower than 32 studs and combining them as a set on a 32×32 base plate. I am aware that clarification has been given regarding two 16×32 buildings combined as one set. Just to be on the safe side, I am curious whether it is also allowed to include a 8×32 modular. I have just finished one recently and I believe it fits in with the other modulars and also gives a nice variety in the street. Once again, I'm sorry if this specific question has been answered before (I have checked the thread and the rules, but I might have overlooked something).

Very nice MOC! The interior and the exterior are both superb! The details on the arches are beautiful and it's also nice to see that you did something with the back of the building, the balcony is a nice touch.

I love it! It's a great addition to the modular series from TLG and would nicely fit in any town. The courtyard is a great way to incorporate some outside space for the schoolkids into a street. Very nice colours and brilliant windows at the side. The door in the corner is also very beautiful. The chemistry classroom with the mad professor is a very nice touch!

B-RV-14D It's been quiet a while since I've posted something, but I now present my yellow MOC to you . I built this house about a year ago, but I've never got around to taking pictures of it and I've recently updated the interior. Here it is: Even though I'm not really a fan of yellow I decided it was time to turn my two beach houses from TLG into a creation of my own. The next pictures show the back and the front of the house in a little bit more detail. The space inside the building is very small so the interior is a little bit crammed. I tried to include everything you need in a home. There is one major flaw, I had to leave the staircases out in order to fit in all the other things that you see now. The ground floor includes a kitchen, a dining area and a lounging area: The first floor has a tiny bathroom (with a sink, toilet and shower), and the rest is a sort of library/study. There is also a door to the balcony at the back of the house. Finally we have the second floor where the master bedroom (the only bedroom actually, due to the limited space) is situated. I also have two pictures where you can see the view when you look through the two doors of the ground floor: I hope you like and I look forward to hearing your comments and ideas for improvement. Thanks again for the nice comments! I'm sorry, I haven't got either of those at the moment. Maybe something for the future in which case I'll post it in this topic. I can't promise anything though.

This is a really nice moc. I just love the interior!

Thank you for all your nice comments! I totally agree with you on that one. But I had to work with very little space so I think this was the best solution. it did take up a lot of bricks. I bought the fire brigade and the lego emporium for a second time to build new modulars. It probably isn't the cheapest way... anyway this is the first modular I built from those two sets combined.

This is really cool! so much detail in such small buildings.

This is a really nice scene. The buildings a very nice, but my absolute favourite is the fountain at the top of the stairs. Brilliant!
-
well what can I say besides fantastic! So much detail, it's a delight to see such a beautiful MOC.

yeah, I don't if you can see it properly on the photo but there are glass panels which make the roof for the garage. It saved me plates and kept the garage reasonbly light.

This is my latest moc: a modular police station. Here a few pictures of the front, with a garage on the right. At the back there is a wooden fence with a garden behind it: The interior of the ground floor contains a front desk, a waiting area and a vending machine and coffeemachine under the stairs. There is also a large painting on the otherwise dull grey wall as you can see in the following pictures. The first floor is the office of the police officers with four desks and a cupboard containing all the files. The office of the chief is on the second floor. There is also a small cell. Here are some other pictures showing the police station in combination with the town house. I hope you all like it.

This is my latest MOC which doesn't have an interior. It's a townhouse created from the bricks from the lego creator set 4954. I have to give TLG credit for the design of the windows and the porch as I copied them from the two small houses in the original set. Here are the pictures. I will add another photo later featuring this MOC next to some lego exclusives.

Thank you for your comments! You can find the part here: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4447 I agree that it is a bit 'pinkish'. I used the most of my pink parts for this building because I was short on windows at the time. Pink windows were the only ones I had left. Fortunately I have new windows now...

This is an old creation of mine which has been hanging around for a while. I think I'm going to use the bricks to build something else, but I'm not sure. There is no interior. The bricks are also a bit yellowed and old which is a bit of a shame I think. There's not much more to say about this creation so I'll just show it to you. Please accept my apologies for the bad quality of the pictures. I'm also not really sure if these livings can be defined as terraced houses, but I didn't know any other term.

Well what can I say? Brilliant creation! Beautiful facades and tons of details. I've looked at the pictures a couple of times now and I found a new detail every time. To sum up a few of the things I love: advertising pillar, tree (really creative!), cars ( but then again I have a weakness for oldtimers ), the street and of course the people. In other words I love it all!

Nice MOC! It's a clean building and it looks nice next to the green grocer and the emporium. I also like the details in the backyard. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for your comments! I'm going to work on an interior in a couple of weeks, the upcoming weeks are going to be rather busy for me so I'm afraid I can't start on it sooner.
