Wow! A really nice moc! I like how you created waves and the minifigs are awesome!
-
Nice! One question: How is the spare tire attached?
-
Hustle Bustle will be made with trees and bushes. Also more cars will be added (waiting for BL orders to arrive). As for moving houses more together - I don't like crowded towns. I like green lots with trees and nature. Just like my hometown is :) Also modular area will be added where building will be taking up more space. I removed the garage of MTH and used bricks in other mocs.

Thanks for all the nice comments. @efullner The church belongs to no specific denomination. It's just a church. @Brickaroo Never though of neighborhood violance. Fencing will be done ASAP ;) One question to everyone. What kind of trees would you place into the town? Classical LEGO, Brickbuild or "Leaf build"?
-
@Milan Yes I plan to place fences, but first ihave to get some more. I will get the pictures of updated look once done. @Burman Trees and bushes are allready on the to-do list. I will also cover all the baseplates with green plates and roads with tiles to make it more realistic. @lightningtiger I've build a service station allready but somehow it didn't fit into the layout. It seemed odd and out of place.

Today I have decided to build a layout of my town. I used all my building and most road baseplates. I lacked the space for the ships and airplanes, but it is ok as i haven't buld airport and harbour yet. Let's see the pics: Birds' eye view Firestation; it has 2 engines, van, jeep and a ladder trailer Community playgroung Model Town House and a "Blue House" Moc Zekiville Church of St. Brick (Noty yet satisfied with design, will have to be updated) MOD Apple Tree House Simply House Post Office Moc Police station Truck coming to the intersection Police car ER van and a smart All coments and criticism welcomed! Aditional photos avalible. just ask.

Simply...Amazing! I love the extreme level of details on such small boats!

I like modulars very very much, still the only think bothering me is the "entrance" part of MS. It looks so much out og place

Thanks for all the comments. The firestation so far has no interior, and I do not yet plan to make one as it is used asa model. The doors don't open, yet IMHO it is still better to place doors than panels.

A firestation with a jeep, van and 2 trucks 1. Command car - Jepp 4x4 2. Team transport - Van 3. Engine 24/50 4. Engine 16/25 5. The station

I have i question if anyone knows the answer: How long does it take for XL motor and IR reciver to drain the new rechargable battery? How long does it take to recharge the battery? If i put 2 batteried into train, does that mean that it will run twice as much time as if i would put in one battery? Thanks for answers

Hi all train masters! Currently we are designing a City Layout for Slobricks Brickshow 2009 We plan to combine a round city train track which will be run on 9v rails and train, and make a intercity metro line which will be suspended and party connected to 9v track... The 9v cargo and passanger train (1 cargo and 1 passeger) will run only on blue (9v) circuit, as the metro liner (RC train) should be running on both (red line for intercity travel RC) and on Blue track (9v sistem) Is this plan possible? Is there enough traction to run RC train on 9v adn is there possible to make 9v trains go straigt on the intersection and to make metroliner go to the RC track also... I hope i was clear enough.I hope you will give me the answers i need, if something is not written clear enough please tell me so i can explain. Best regards

i will son gain more space by romoving the sofa from the room. That way i will be able to place some more building to the city. This layout will be also displayed in the next year event in Slovenia

I'm regullary visiting CT.net . I was impressed when i saw Silug (Slobricks) member's Baltazar (Balti) It's great that all communities are cover not only Eurobricks. In that case CT.net would only be a copy of EB trains and town forum. keep up the good work.
