Wow thanks for the comments and constructive criticism. @Leg Godt Gud - There is no interior as the building is a model display only. @lightningtiger - There will be a bigger layout that i'm planning. Currently there are 2 out of 6 building for the first stage that are complete ans 2 are wips allready, so stay tuned :) @djo - The real life building that i have drawn inspiration from has this kind of entrance. @Captain Green Hair - Black or perhapse i'm thinking of gray, like a roof support beam? I'll se what can be done, as for the hallway it is "imagined" to be inside the building, but the doorbell detail might look cool. The letterboxes in my country are ussualy inside the building. @Zeon - Details are planned and WIP, but I don't wnt o use too many as the second building is planned. @Legocrazy81 - All apartments have windows the back is plain as it is meant that the hallway and the toilets are at the back. @LEGO Train 12 Volts - I never count bricks that I use, but there are 10 doors, and 21 windows :)

B-RV-11A 3 stories with 3 apartments, 9 families living in here. each apartment is 2 studs longer to achive a contrast. View from the other side. Low flying bird's eye view. A more or less plain back side. Chimnies. A chat on the balcony. Ehhh home sweet home. BS after moderation: http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=475240

Hmmm the continuos windows will probably look better, as for the reality I wanted to keep as much for the original, but still make it better. May I copy your window - the front side design? And thanks everyone for all the other comments.

I have decided to MOD my 7938, becouse the middle vagon seemed to short and due to the fact no doors ware present and this is the result: Foto of entire train, all 3 units are elongated and doors are added. Doors located at the end of each unit (they don't open). The ladder is made on the undercarrige. Elongated middle vagon. New design of the shorter boogie without ladder. Elongated standard boggie of he train, the ladder for easier acces. C&C Welcome

Thanks for all the nice comments. Actually the hoses measure from 15-20 meters so the tower size is kinda realistic.

Hi all Following the construction of 2 new Fire trucks here and here, I have decided that my city needs new station as new trucks would not fit into the old one. Here is the result: The station itself; i'm missing some stickers for the sign but otherwise it it finished. No interiors are done. The windows have curtains and the garage doors are my favorite. Side view shows garage windows, that worked out perfectly. Front picture, with garage doors opened. The carpool consists of 2 engines, 5 vide van, and a 5 vide SUV. Side view with cars in garage. Front view of all cars outside. Great shot for size comparison. Additional pictures on demand. Comments and critics welcome!

You can design building with LDD and then inport them into SC 3k unlimited with BAT. Other element could probably be modded too! Having LEGO road baseplates would be awesome!

The Engines are really a bit too high, as the storage area should be the same height as the cabin. This could be achieved by adding a custom door, but the lose of storage space would be big. The height should be 1 brick less, the length is almost 100 % accurate comparing to the wheels and the width is a bit to small; it should be 6,5 bricks wide. As for the station. Yes I am building one, with the main structure complete, the garages are still WIP. What bothers me (if I place roller door) in the Width to Height ratio, so currently i'm thinking of my own door design.

I present the sister Engine of GVC 24/50 called GVC 16/25. Equipped with 1600 l/min pump and holds 2500 l of water. The cabin has room for 4 firefighters. Front to side view. back view Side view. Sadly no interior (yet). The longer cabin means less storage space :( Top view And a comparison pic:

Hi! I'm searching for a building that was posted here or on Flickr or Brickshelf. It was a medium sized skyscraper, round biuld with white and light blue 1x2bricks and had a trans light blue 1x2 bricks for windows. It was build on a 48x48 baseplate. Anyone has the links to the pics? Thanks in advance. (if this is not the right forum, mods please move it)

This is one amazing moc! The design of a prison is outstanding, but the escaping prisoners are the best! I'm a conformist!
