Star wars sets we'd like to see
Corvus replied to Clone comander Nodra 999's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It'd be so nice to get a gunship. We have a MTT, so why not have a gunship to balance it out? Or, an AT-OT as another troop carrier. -
Well, sorry to interrupt the death theory... :-P You people on BZP have probably already seen this, but I didn't see it here, so... Mahri Instructions! Again, if this was posted before, tell me.
-
This is a great commercial, and it lets us know that the MTT rolls. Just don't set it on a shelf. Whoops, darn sloped shelves!!
-
Sorry I posted- I meant to preview it first. They're fixed now.

My grandpa likes to send me a lot of funny e-mails, including these ones here. Birdstrike Fortunately, the pilot kept his cool, and got out okay. Now you see where our tax dollars go. Missile failure Stupid surplus missiles... Harrier takes a dip Strange that the pilot landed where he did. Enjoy. EDIT: fixed now. Now you can enjoy.

WOW... that's a lot bigger than I thought. I need to get it.

Foolish LEGO Human Errors You've Made.
Corvus replied to ReZourceman's topic in General LEGO Discussion
The head on an AT-AT does NOT stay on well. remember that when you're setting it down, and then dropping the rest of the AT-AT in suprise. :-| Also, do NOT build the nice, new, and beautiful set in your car, going down a windy road, after eating lunch. -
Would you like to see a new 'SPACE CITY' theme??
Corvus replied to johnsocal's topic in General LEGO Discussion
YES! I really don't like my base being consisting of only war buildings. I'd like to have some futuristic sets to house my troops, becuase unfortunately, I don't have enough grey/spacey parts to do it myself. -
Wow, these are really good. Just accept it: the makers of these works are beyond the mortal men. Just accept that we're all inferior.
-
A hole would be fun, though. Imagine, getting to act out blasting your K-3PO off a shelf! :-D These sets are dragging me in. As I type this, I'm getting ideas of making a landing pad for the Cruiser. :-|
-
Last Mimzy, probably not, but definately the others. But, when is there going to be a National Treasure 2?
-
These are nice, but it'd be uncomfortable and absolute murder to my living room decor. :-D

What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars sets?
Corvus replied to Loco de Lego's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hah, I have the same list as you. :-D I don't know why, but I just love the ep. III jedi starfighter. Small, compact, and beautiful design. *wub* Still doesn't beat a gunship, though. -
None of the above. They just don't appeal to me. There are so many others that people have been wanting more.
-
Every time I look at the droideka, I like it even less. It just seems... bottomheavy.
-
Yes! Tubes, Nerf, and Lego do not mix. Just lego is okay. Make martians with actual joints, not the jello molds they are now.
-
Done. They're half the size. Better? Or does it need to go smaller?
-
Thanks. *y* I need to remember that for future MOCs.

Oh, sorry. I meant for this guy, not you.

Now, I know that this mech has been up on my brickshelf for a while, but I thought that this mech deserved to get a proper introduction. So, I whipped out a camera, a blanket (it took forever to find a nice white one) and a few stools. This is DinoBot- I know that's not a good name, and if someone has a better one, please, tell me. DinoBot is made from the set 4507 Prehistoric creatures- you can tell his torso is made from the head of the T-Rex. DinoBot is an Ecdon-B army prototype, the only one of his kind. The Ecdon-series is built to be customizable. Here, he is shown in a four armed version. The Ecdon-B model is capable of powerful jumps, using his wings and burst-blast rockets. Here is more examples of his flexibilty to suit any situation. The wings and head detach, giving him more advantage in the air and ground. Here's his head. It's pretty simple, but it took a while to find something that I liked, even though the head doesn't turn. Here's some of his armaments. This is a blade/shield for combat with enemy mechs. Here's a cannon for enemies that refuse to come close. Here are some other pics: Run, HYT, run! *note- this isn't an exo-force MOC* side crawl mode Gallery (when moderated) Well, that's about it. Comments, questions, and constructive critisism welcome. Enjoy! EDIT: sorry about the pic size, a bit big.

Yeah, it does look pretty official. That monorail system is good, and the whole set compliments itself nicely. *y*

I think a fully posable Greivous, Jango/Boba, Darth Vader, etc., would be nice. The problem with the old ones was, welll, that they were pretty stiff. (no, really?) Something similar to the old ones, but... posable.

My poor Harpy Eagle didn't stand a chance against the famous Bald Eagle! Sigh, no one gives a thought to the biggest eagle in the world.
-
Almost. trade rings for battleship and you're there. Maybe everyone's let down on the hoth set because they were expecting something bigger, eh? (but that's already known.) After looking at it again, I'm liking it a bit more. The crane is nice, and we get a new snowspeeder, not to mention some nice figs. This might be fun to buy a few and combine them to make it closer to what we expected. A question on the Cruiser: those peices up top that are held up by the technic peice- does that do something, like launch the escape pod?

Very nice, his shoulders and leg armor are beautiful. Though, his thighs look too thin, and the light grey on the chest doesn't work well, in my opinion. Great job! *y*
