Lego 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV Self-Propelled Howitzer
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Military Section
Thank you very much! It was a bit difficult to gain all the angles of the turret, but the final moc is very impressive! -
Hi guys! Here we go again with another military model of mine! The 2S35 Koalitsiya-SV is the new Russian self-propelled gun. The 2S35 is expected to have a very high level of automation that will dramatically reduce the crew number, to perhaps just two or three people. Initial reports describe the main armament as a 2A88 152 mm gun with a range of up to 80 kilometers using precision-guided rounds and up to 40 km with standard rounds The claimed average rate of fire is around 16 rounds per minute, (15+) with a maximum rate of 20 rounds per minute. 2S35's rate of fire was improved due to the new pneumatic loader. Estimated ammunition load is around 60-70 rounds. The secondary armament equipped on 2S35 is a 12.7×108mm ZiD Kord Remote weapon station. The 2S35 has a unified command-and-control system with which all actions are displayed. The system can automatically select the appropriate shell type for a task and the amount of charge required. Model inspired from Tatsuhiru Takato Taka.

Thank you too! If you see close to the oil pump, you'll see that it works properly with a simply gear movement, powered by hand (bottom right side of the pump) -
That's nice! Some spare parts could be useful for the next phase! Maybe the user with the highest score from each faction, in the end.

Nice! I love this flag, simple and elegant! -
Hello and welcome to GBW! Glad you choose us, and congratulations for the sig. fig.!

A very good model! That's remind me the German PUMA IFV, it's so similar! I like the camo and the suspensions. Only drawback, I would have taken care of the front part more, to remove all those studs on sight, perhaps simply with tiles, the final result would have been much more graceful. But all in all this moc deserves the frontpage!
-
Nice design! I like the functions, but I would have made a bigger model so that I could put more minifigures inside, to make it more realistic
-
Good tank! Love the lateral skirts, mabe you could have recreated better lines for the turret, but I know the limitations of that program, and it would actually have been quite difficult to do something more photorealistic. This is also one of the reasons why I prefer to build without the assistance of design programs.

[GBW] - Battle of D6 - Plighia - Oil Sacrifice
ParmBrick replied to ParmBrick's topic in The Great Brick War
Thank you both very much! They were really lucky actually xD, now the BoS are rapidly losing control of the country, such drastic actions could be daily. -
PSIC has now reached one of the largest oil-producing regions in the country of Soalon, which extends into a small desert region in D6. The goal is to cut off the oil supply to BoS-owned refineries, but the latter seem tougher than ever as the conflict turns for the worst for them. They seem willing to do anything, even the ultimate sacrifice to stop the invaders.
