  1. I love all the new outfits, praying for at least 2 sets to split the characters up
  2. Ant Man is based on his Civil War suit, he wasn't previously announced to be in that set (as a minifigure) So unless there's been a mess up in the information and Ant Man ISNT in the Endgame set, we should be getting a second new Ant Man for his AMatW/Endgame suit
  3. Is that not just Agent Venom? (iykyk) I'm still so surprised we've never had an Agent Venom figure. He's Venom but with guns! What more do you need? Also He was prominent in the last couple seasons of Ultimate Spider Man, I'm sure if we had another wave in 2017 he would've been included, each year featured one of the SHIELD heroes from the show
  4. Hopefully this conversation doesn't draw out too much longer, but my comment wasn't to say those words are shocking. My reply was to a comment saying D&W is family friendly, but some families might disagree that 116 f bombs in one movie is appropriate for younger children. The r word is something more of a delicate subject than an f bomb, also something most parents would scold their kid for running around saying. I only mentioned it because I enjoyed the joke that utilised it in the movie, but I would definitely be shocked if I heard it in a PG12/12A/13 movie, which is the usual age rating of superhero films deemed "family friendly" But please, rather than fight over whether words in a film have meaning over a characters public image and subsequent likelihood to appear in LEGO sets, let's take a moment of unity to appreciate that Deadpool and Wolverine hit a milestone of over 1 billion at the worldwide box office and is also the highest grossing R-rated movie of all time, which might not be ideal for LEGO, but is hopefully a good sign for the MCU moving forward to take more chances (looking at Blade if he ever escapes pre-production purgatory)
  5. Imagine being 15 and getting ID'd trying to buy the Daily Bugle set Also 116 f-bombs and the r word (something I never imagined I would hear in an MCU film)
  6. I relate to Superman because I also wear underwear. But only sometimes GUYS! Let's think about this. We need to make a poll! Which flavour pringles is best? In Jonklest day, in Man's asylume To Turtles power you must not succumb Let those trapped under wokeness' thumb Beware our power, Green Gooners...
  7. Avengers Endgame final battle At least 7 figures, Falcon (looks like same suit as Avengers Tower), Wasp (same suit as Avengers Tower), Chitauri (at least one), Iron Spider (brand new) and Ant Man (FINALLY a new minifigure). Plus more currently unknown Builds include lots of portals, terrain and Avengers HQ ruins (from Exab)
  8. I second hoping for season 2 sets, but only because I want Polaris If true I wonder what the Thor figure is based on. The only missing suits from revisited Legacy sets are Ragnarok gladiator and Infinity War It would honestly just be nice to get an improved head piece for him though, before the Endgame head appears in as many sets as the Tony Stark with HUD head
  9. The Civil War Black Panther suit is my favourite of his (and Shuri's) costumes, plus the original minifigure is one of my favourite Marvel figures, so I'm interested to see how it'll be updated. I have no doubt the ear piece will be unprinted though The Surtur style works for large 'monster' type characters, but if the character in question is an enlarged human, that's where the charm works. Not like when Harry Potter and Hermione got them, that's just gimmicky
  10. This could be a good way to get the Leader since the BNW skipped him. We don't know yet if he has an actual costume in the film, so a comic version would be preferable
  11. Perfect casting is closer than we all think I wouldn't mind an updated version of the Heartbreaker suit, or Iron Patriot for that matter. If based on Iron Man 3, MK42 is 100% in this set The only new suits that would take my fancy are Python (black and gold, just like the Original Sin armour), Nightclub (black stealth armour) and Midas (all gold)
  12. 1000% confirms Doctor Doom gonna reuse the same 2018 Iron Man head
  13. Yes the game did release before the rated R film, but my nephew knows Deadpool from playing LEGO Marvel Superheroes. Plus he (as well as many other character skins from films and shows that probably shouldn't be shown to children) is in Fortnite Seems to be such an unpopular opinion, I don't see many people preferring the second film, but I also do. I loved all the trailers hyping up X-Force, just for... gravity to kick in... Weird to think we've only had the one MCU Iron Spider, so it's nice to see it back. Hoping theres a chance it could be reused for a NWH bridge battle with Green Goblin Praying we get Gamora, Iron Patriot and Ronin over more repeats. Other characters that haven't shown up in any Legacy Endgame sets yet are Ant Man (minifigure), Nebula, Drax (could just be a Milano reuse with new legs, maybe an angry expression), Winter Soldier/White Wolf (only seen in the Toys-R-Us pack) and M'Baku (not a major priority, but we've not had his original suit) Set also ideally needs villains, so maybe a new Proxima Midnight, Corvus Glaive or Cull Obsidian instead of more Chitauri or Outriders
  14. Let's not bring Watchmen into this, if he thinks Superman is OP, wait til he finds out about Doctor Manhattan
  15. Seconded. I attended an early access charity screening for ITSV, and I will always remember the goosebumps I had at the 'leap of faith/whats up danger' scene. To think they say superhero films aren't cinema
  16. We've already had a Tumbler set too, so that doesn't count either, we actually don't have any sets coming out in January
  17. LEGO giving us a Superman mech is clearly the spark needed to ignite the rebellion against Turt-El
  18. DC released 3 sets in summer last year with 2 of the exact same figures (though Joker had different hair/a hat in each set and Batman had a different face in one) I imagine maybe Red Hulk will keep the same body, but use different heads between MCU and comics. Knowing how he is in comics it would probably be a cocky smirking face Could be a loose adaptation type set, using multiple Spider Man variants against Spot, but not using the movie designs. Depends if Sony's playing friendly with the merchandise licencing, and if they are then fingers crossed we can get SP//dr, Prowler and maybe BTSV sets down the line
  19. Just throwing out there, these 3 Spider Man sets provide guaranteed new figures (at least between Anti Venom and Spot)... Could this mean just as I've theorised in the past that we're seeing new figures to be used in an Oscorp D2C??
  20. I will accept either movie or comic version, but PLEASE let Spider Punk be in this set!!!🤞 Anti Venom is a massive win, we've finally decided to do something else with Venom after 6 years
  21. If we can't get either comic Spider Mechs (SP//dr or Leopardon) highly doubtful we'd see any legitimate Venom variants either So I hear your actual comic variant that would make for a cool figure, and raise you... Venomized Sandman
  22. Guys, I've just gotten back from the future, I can explain everything about Superman (2025) Go woke, get yolked! 🍳 More information from the future, without Turt-El's support this film became the worst flop in cinema history. It made John Carter look like Avatar in comparison Static is a massive win for the fans, can't wait to see him in live action No Kyle is unfortunate, but understandable as we're getting 3 of the main Green Lantern's right away A bonified E. Nygma But no thanks, I don't have the time or energy to run around Gotham trying to find 240 turtle shells Of course, this isn't a thread for joking about, we all take the integrity of the LEGO Batman & friends theme very sincerely
  23. That scene is really powerful for the Injustice story, but in the comics it's Flash not Mr T having that debate with Superman (which is basically word for word). I really wasn't a fan of how much the movie changed things from the Injustice comics without any good reason
  24. Yes, but only ones involving Batman and Joker. Maybe Harley if we're lucky
