Besides being called Stormer, this is a complete different character from the Lego take. This is not meant to be my version of Stormer for 4.0, I'm not doing that event in my stories. The characters are remaining as 2.0 or 3.0 as several are dead from the 4.0 wave in my stories. In my take, he's a war veteran and fought in the Great War (1720 to 1970) between the Legobot and Thundercons. Which during that time, he met Bulk and he was a lieutenant in the Legobot Army. Years after the war, the two worked together onboard an experimental starship in 1995. During the first trip, the ship was pulled into a worm hole and came out in the year 2319. After the culture shock wore off, Stormer became a Throwbot and retired from the newer Legotron Army. By 2360, the descendants of the Thundercons, the Jetcons, invaded Legotron. Stormer was one of the many that fought occupying forces and help force the enemy off of the planet. Five years later, he volunteered for a new experimental upgrade Legotron scientists had developed. He was selected by the Legotron Army and became the first Cyberbot and was promoted to commander of the Hazard Unit. Model wise, until this point I've been using the Lego model only. Now I've put my own touch on the character, make him bigger and more bulky. I've kept the 3.0 helmet as I liked the look of it out of the other Stormer helmets. Has more of a commander type of feel to me. Plus I have a little cover story to explain why the 3.0 figures are different now compare to the normal soldiers in my stories. The new look came in my stories after he was stab by the Terrorcon leader Deviot in his chest and near death. As he was once a Legobot, he needed a transfusion with one. One of the last Legobots was with him and after the transfusion, he started to grow bigger and became a Cyberbot/Legobot hybrid. As I like Stormer so much, I just went ahead and gave him a new look. Then had to think of some creative way to bring the change into my stories.

I know I'm using more complex thought then the Lego HF take, but here it goes. Way too simple and cheap IMO. The way it appears to me, these characters have their own personalities, so they are more like living machines instead of just robots. So in that case, it be like brainwashing a bad human and make them good. I don't think it would look good to have Stormer using force to reprogram Xplode or Rotor, it would have to be a personal choice to reform by the villain.

Meet Static, he was one of the first personal characters I've made with this body style back in August. Since I do have my own stories, he's also a new member in Stormer's unit after the death of Furno. He's a soldier that just got out of the military academy with Evac in a different world. Just days before, 149 members of government were assassinated by enemy forces. As a result, new experimental armor and weapons were given to soldiers about to leave the academy. The main weapon was inspired by a weapon that I saw from the Star Wars Old Republic promos. Saw one of the Republic troopers with this laser machine gun like weapon and thought it was cool. Also the head gear piece is from Furno 2.0, I just did a few changed on it.
-
The trans green armor pieces came from the HF 3.0 sets, I just removed the logos from them. As for the helmet, I just recolored one of the normal versions from the 2.0 line.

Am I seeing teal on that figure?

This character was mainly inspire by the Batman character, expect its not meant to be that Firefly. Like the version from the Batman series, he does use fire as a weapon. But instead of a gun, he's able to blast fire from his arms. Also, I've have a jet pack on the back. http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p259/Bumpanator/MOCS/053.jpg Design wise, I went with the old Roborider era head part as it fit the helmet look I wanted. Also a note to any designer with HF, please do more with trans yellow. I would love to update this with smaller armor parts in that color.

Can't say all of them are like it, but the ones in my area are the last to get something new in. I would say check sometime next month for Walmart.

Sadly my old Turbo Throwbot transformer is gone now, thanks bewteen bad Bionicle replacement parts and older parts breaking after years. So if you want, I'll find some old images of the character back from 2008. But the pictures probably would not be very good, given the time. But I do have one of my other characters, Soundbarrier still around. Though I did have to update him with HF era part replacements. I've had the character starting back in 2002, was black and lime green back then.

I had used the Quintesson idea from the G1 series, I just expanded on it. If they had used robotic slaves for Cybertron, why would they stop there? So I used the idea as the kick off for my story universe, but instead of millions of years ago, I have them repeating it on another planet in the 1640's. Like with Cybertron, I had a robotic revolt and not long after, they were in two factions and at war with each other. So that allowed me to tie in all my Lego figures from different eras. From the Legobots and Thundercons, which were from the bricks. To the Throwbots and Jetcons, which were smaller transforming figures. Now adding the HF characters into it, calling them Cyberbots and Terrorcons and ditching the transformation. Which in my stories, each were upgrades over time. Kind of like in Transformers when the Autobots became the Maximals, only I have my own event like that three times. Lyichir, I had only used the name. My version of Turbo over the years is alot different than the one Lego had done. I had several versions of the character over the years, this just happens to be the first one from the post transformation era.

This character is one of the most important ones in my Lego history. The character Turbo and I go way back, like before Bionicle came around. The character started off in the Lego Throwbot series. But since Bionicle never click with me, I remade the Throwbots, made them into transformers, ditch the throw arms and gears, and design new body styles. I had Turbo as the leader of his own unit and had him transform into a tank. So since in my stories, the Throwbots became the Cyberbots, I thought Turbo would had been perfect to bridge the two eras of my Lego history. With weapon: No, that's not meant to represent water, its meant to represent laser fire. Notes: The 3.0 animal logos are removed from all parts. I do have a back cover, it's the black shell part Stringer has for the claws. The arm guns are supported by two cut rods. This newer version of Turbo was made back in late July, so alot of the newer armor ideas had not been thought of at the time. Character story notes: Became the first Throwbot in 2241. Was commander of the Legotron Army by 2295. Was deploy to liberate Cybertron from Megatron and his Vehicon forces in 2300 to 2301. Was elected leader of his home planet in 2310. Took part in Operation Tronic following terrorist attack on his home planet in 2311 and ended the war in 2319. Retire from the Legotron Army in 2350. Became a Cyberbot in 2365 and has been fighting in the Galactic War as of 2367. Return to Cybertron in 2367 to take part in the Beast Wars 70th anniversary and reunited with old friends during the liberation efforts.

Got HF Toxic Reapa and Hero's Joker today to get the parts I needed for two moc projects. Meet Force (Black/Purple) and Evac (Black/trans neon green) Weapon pose: http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p259/Bumpanator/MOCS/048.jpg Weapon pose: http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p259/Bumpanator/MOCS/037-1.jpg In my own take, I just toss the Lego ideas out the window. Instead of heros, I have them as robotic beings under factions, kind of like Transformers. In my case its Cyberbots against Terrorcons fighting in a war. So I have them as part of Stormer's unit, which I call the Hazard Unit. Left to right: Force, Evo, Stringer, Stormer, Bulk, Nex, Static, and Evac. Furno, Breez, Surge, and Rocka are dead in my story universe.

HF Toxic Reapa and Hero's Joker set.
-
Epic, just epic. I love the colors and the designs are amazing.
-
Same here, I'll be using it for a black and purple moc for the HF side. Though I really wish they could had done purple feet for Joker.
-
Not sure if its the pictures, but is the purple the same as from Evo 2.0?
-
The back story for this MOC was the simple fact that I doubt Lego would had done it for the Hero's line. Batman Beyond was one of my favorite series growing up and I had liked the character. Give that, this is not meant to be the same character from the series. Though like that character, this one does use sound as a weapon, This one is robotic and is apart of my own story universe with the HF characters. In them, his ancestor is the G1 Decepticon Rumble. Attacking: Normal pose: http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p259/Bumpanator/MOCS/014-1-1.jpg MOC note, the helmet came from a spare Stormer 3.0 I had.
-
Then again it is TRU and the they have been bumping up the prices on many things as of late. I'm hoping this is the case, I hate to pay that much for purple parts from Joker just for a moc.
-
Looks like TRU jumped a little quick on them and I guess Lego told them to remove them.

Not sure where to place this, VBBN suggested this section. So if it needs to be moved, place do so. The Delta Tank is a part of my story universe and active between 2300 and 2367 (active year). This would be a hover tank MOC and made up with old Roborider bodies, old Bionicle parts, and newer Bionicle parts. Sadly most of my newer Bionicle parts broke, so the two light blue section are the last of its kind. Thanks for the info, going to try to find TR then.

The Hero Factory sets, Bionicle was my main dark age.
-
I remember about 2001 I saw a Transformer figure with the name Nightcruise, but I could never get it. About a year later, Bionicle was not hooking with me and I returned to my Throwbots. I had started making my own designs and made them into transforming figures. So one of the first characters I made was given the name Nightcruise, which I use on this site.
-
Impressive, how long did it take to make that?
-
What was the last movie you watched?
