I received a special VIP Black Card email today. There is a 10-digit promo code inside. When shopping online for 30€ I can use it at the checkout for the „limited“ Y-Wing blue print. Also info about the 18 Karat white-gold R2-D2 raffle, which i’m already participating without doing anything.

The MF went for 591€ today on „sale“ by combining several discounts. I can’t upload the screenshot of the shop I did because of the file size. If I can manage to reduce it I will upload it later

I think the first VIP cards arrived around November 25th here in germany.

Received a mail today with the info about the upcoming vip sale. They shortened the period from 10th-24th to 10th-15th. To me it feels like the MF will be available shortly after the vip sale ends. TLG can't miss the christmas business with the Falcon!

So in Germany there will be double VIP points from 10th of october till 24th. And i'm pretty sure the MF won't be available again in that period, so: well played LEGO, well played!

This is exactly what almost every bigger company is doing with "hyped" goods & stuff. Adidas with this "Yeezy Boost" for example. If still anyone is thinking LEGO did something wrong when calculating the demand, then you're completely lost. Everything is doing exactly as they wanted it to. Don't think they're stupid, it's all about the money. Even with toys!

The Special offers that come with the Falcon VIP Card are only valid in 2018. So you are getting special offers, double/triple points etc. throughout the next year! That means in 2019 it`s just a "regular" VIP Card with special print.

There are some pictures of an opened UCS MF box and the sticker sheet on Promobricks! Unboxed It seems that the MF will also be available 2018 outside the brand stores and the TLG webshop.

Wow, what a great time to be an AFOL! I think i have read something about that LEGO stores are going to display the falcon from september 1st.

There is a comparison pic going around showing the old to the "New" one and i have to admit: after two minutes of comparing both, the old MF looks like a toy

Yeah, i saw a list with the ten biggest LEGO sets of all time and six of them were released in the last 12-18 months. So there is clearly a trend to size!

An official Store flyer popped up today, reading "the largest LEGO set ever is coming soon". https://www.promobricks.de/lego-star-wars-ucs-millennium-falcon-75192-erster-store-flyer-ist-da/39613 It seems that you can visit any LEGO store on September 1st to find out what it is. Maybe there is pre-order also.

But it's still a hobby! And that costs money. And time. Time = money, so we're all doomed anyway! So let's hope TLG is coming with something that fits most of our expectations, interior or not. I started collecting UCS in 2011 and compared to the UCS sets before the ships are getting better and better!

The UCS Snowspeeder is in the german S@H already sold out and on backorder. That early VIP access emptied the storage in nearly two days. But the free R2 give away is still part of the order, even it's delayed.

I think when you are a collector, then you are desperate for it. You want the original box, the manual, the bags, everything. No compromise! Maybe bricklinking is cheaper, more time killing and fun to get everything together. Today everything is possible for everybody, so i can understand that people (including me) are so pumped for the MF.

This one is a no brainer for me. Since i`m 90% into UCS models i can`t let go on the snowspeeder and this one is very nice! Perfect start of the anniversary year for me. The last UCS i bought was the TIE on discount so it`s about time. Playsets labeled as UCS are nothing for me as i don`t like to many things just "standing" around.
