Yes, Lego created the mech so they used it in the movie. It's product inclusion, like every exact set made off of the Lego movie, just reverse. The product was made for the movie. It's a completely (or mostly) made up design. Like the continuous stream of Spierman vehicles.

And Iron Skull's Sub Attack is like the Black Manta's Seas Strike.............

Oh, so it will be released on DVD, possibly with a Lego Minifigure like the Hobbit movies.

I agree. The smile was okay, but still way off. It was alright for the Red Skull set, but way off for the films. A mask less variant and a helmeted variant would be nice.

There's the one from the 2002 fusion lab, the multiple green coated ones from the other Spidwrman 2 sets. the 4+ Juniors sets, and then Ultimate Doc Ock and the Bank Truck variant. I agree, the Bank truck variant is my favorite. But again, his comment was just a joke. Als, for anyone looking, the official images of the Duplo Spiderman sets are in the Brickset database as "Spider Man 1" and "Spider Man 2"
