  1. I feel like there’s a new argument to be made for Deadpool after the Joker movie. There is no way LEGO will never make another Joker minifigure again, just because he’s been the focus of a rated-R movie. We’ll have to wait and see going forward.
  2. If you look directly by name, rather than sw#, they should all be on there.
  3. I noticed that as well, it seems to be more of a cloudy blue.
  4. My review of Kylo Ren’s Shuttle, I’d anyone is interested. I can’t say enough about this set.
  5. I wholeheartedly agree. I prefer the older LEGO style of blockier, gap-filled builds. Sure, the improvements make for nice models, but in creating more specialized pieces for efficiency and appeal, sets lose that classic LEGO look. And I didn’t grow up during the 70s or 80s. I’ve hardly been alive for the entirety of the Star Wars theme, so I have no attachment to the older, less advanced styles. I just think that they lose a certain LEGO feel.
  6. Instructions for the Luke Skywalker timeline build https://www.instagram.com/p/B3P7cOzJ4nu/?igshid=1b8b54cb98i3b
  7. I went directly to my local LEGO store, they had the physical bag promo there.
  8. I’ve got it at 47cm wide, 36cm tall. I grabbed the new Millennium Falcon, Kylo Ren’s Shuttle, Pasaana Speeder Chase, Anakin’s Podracer - 20th Anniversary Edition, and the Inferno Squad Battle Pack this morning, and got 3 Battle of Endor promos and 2 leftover tote bags.
  9. Amazon has the UCS Tantive IV for 10% off at $179.99
  10. All we know is that the Hulk Helicopter Drop will be released on Black Friday. I don’t know if the rest of the wave is coming that weekend too.
  11. Congrats on your finds! My Target is still stashing them away, but I personally know half the staff and may get lucky. With th the recent Triple Force Friday promos being revealed, what do you think we’ll see discounted? Will it be a plethora of sets like May 4th? Or should we expect sets from that rumored retiring soon list?
  12. Does anyone know what the VIP Bonus code is? There’s a slot for it under the additional way to earn points. I haven’t gotten any such code in an email or anything.
  13. DC isn’t owned by the house of mouse. That’s why we got all of those LEGO DC direct-to-video movie/ minifgure bundles. Also why they released The Hobbit Blu-Rays with exclusive LEGO merch; it’s all under Warner bros Disney is a whole other ballgame.
  14. They’ve learned from the 75192 fiasco. I picked up the 20th Anniversary Clone Scout Walker this morning from Target. Price-matching with Amazon has it at $19 US.
  15. This is separate from the “Zebra” theme. These were listed as “Adult Green” and “Adult White” when the last round of Winter leak lists hit the internet.
  16. The trailer is generally the kickoff for a film’s marketing. Merchandise is never what heads a film off, and especially being a Disney property I wouldn’t expect to see any Black Widow sets until 2020. Licensed sets don’t leak in retailer catalogs, and are usually given a placeholder of a film logo or the box lineup for the theme.
  17. They were part of a studios line, it was its own thing. Sets came with a special Lego camera. The new designs are always specialized sets within a Lego theme, and made to work with a generic smart device rather than a Lego one.
  18. I was 100% joking, only because it specifically says “theatric.” I don’t see this happening, guys! Lego has only done them with their own, in-house themes.
  19. 76162 is absolutely a Movie Maker set. You heard it here first.
  20. Remember that Guardians of the Galaxy got a wave of 3 sets going into the first film’s release, when even Marvel Studios weren’t sure about the film’s abilities. Black Panther only got 2 sets, and that was a surefire hit. Even as the MCU takes a cosmic shift, I’m sure Lego Marvel will still put out a steady flow of products.
  21. Lego has been making at least one Clone Wars-based set each year. Granted, Clone Wars has a much bigger audience and following than Avengers Assemble, but it happens. ^And I know Clone Wars is coming back, but it’s been off the air for 5 years counting the Netflix additions.
  22. There is also a $10 Spider-Man mech in his respective wave
  23. This is a good point. I also vaguely remember Disney not being keen on making Slave Leia merchandise after they acquired Lucasfilm.
