  1. I'm not happy about the price increase either. I'll most likely wait until it goes on sale which would be around the time it's going to retire, but even this year the 20% discount of the BH and JC weren't as good as other past modulars that retired which were 30% off. Anyone else notice that?
  2. @diagonalleythanks. Im checking out the interviews now.
  3. In the pictures it looks like part of the tiling comes up to reveal some water. I don't know what it's suppose to be. Water run off? Sewer?
  4. My feelings exactly. It should have been the other way around. The LEGO press release describes it as a 2 story music shop. That should have been the furniture shop with the more space on the ground floor and the workshop above it or just more furniture. The music store should have been the smaller one. I'm guessing when purchased some would do that swap out.
  5. Some just need to see more pictures and interior details to known if they'll like it or not.
  6. True. Isn't the height that makes it look small. Something bigger would probably obstruct the view of the building.
  7. I love the use.of space on the rooftop with the pigeons and their coop/house and what looks like a small garden area.
  8. Wow at the angles. I'm loving what I see. Om guessing Brickleys is the music store? I do think they need to expand their color palette. The colors remind me of Parisian Restaurant and Brick Bank.
  9. I think they'd revisit past concepts to try to make them work in future modulars.
  10. @RichardGoringthank you. I was starting to go back through the pages here. You're right it was the BH. Looks like they made alleyway work this time around for the employee gift modular.
  11. @dariomatzkethat could be a possibility too. I also remember that the modular with a bunch of stores that was scrapped also had an alleyway but they couldn't make it work and I forget which modular we got that year. I have to look back.
  12. No. It was Brickington on YouTube. I guess we just have to wait and see. But it wouldn't surprise me that they took concept they tried to do a few years ago and finally made work this time.around.
  13. Someone on YouTube posted a video with new info, basically saying the 2026 modular isn't a furniture/music record store. Apparently from the info it's a Shopping Center. Not sure how true his info is. But I do remember years ago that they did try to make something similar with different shops and I believe an alleyway, but it was scrapped. Maybe they revisited the idea.
  14. The official reveal last year happened on Dec 3rd if I remember correctly.
  15. @hikouki maybe. It also seems they only like to keep a small amount available like 3 a time. Maybe these inflation prices were just too much.
