There are somw nice techiques used. I bet you would be able to make perfect X-wing if you keep making great MOCs like this.
-
Great MOC, that's really good hockey field.
-
Sphere master strikes again. Simply beautiful, Schfio factory.
-
Wow, this is awesome entry. Engines are beautiful.

This set looks good. Thank you for nice review!

Great review! I really need to get that minifig once it cames to Brick Architect. It's perfect for scary moments in my sigfig's life. It reminds me a bit on WotW, but it's to small and ugly for that, so it's pass for me (except for the fig). One question: Is this green thing that jumps on human heads going to be considered a headgear or an animal?

Brrrr... It looks cold. I have watchjed movie two times (few years ago), so I don't know how accuarte it is, but I think there was some woman in completely translucent cylinder in the middle of the room. Anyway, it's a gerat MOC.

Thank you for comments. I see what you mean, but that was 4th idea I have (1st Y-wing - Naboo starfighter, 2nd GGS - Y-wing (not enough pieces, but it was a great idea), 3rd GGS - A-wing and than this came to mind). I know it's more GGS than N1, but I don't excpect winning, so only thing that bothers me is lack of pieces for bigger engines. @Brickdoctor: Yes, you are right, but they were small and end result needed to be in minifig scale, so this was something I was able to build and mix in right scale. Well, I'm happy with how it turned out, although it's not going to win (my favourite is mix of Tridroid starfighter and TIE Interceptor ).

I never liked that vehicle, yet every MOC of Snowspeeder makes it look better to me. Very interesting design and definetly something that would look good on the desk.
-
Wot, that's one big hybrid. I like all the differences beetwen two sides of the ship. It certainly looks cool. Good luck in the contest.

Nice job, Rook. It looks great and I like that you have decided to make both vehicles for same character.

My entry for Hybridfighter contest on FBTB. Mix of GGS and Naboo Starfighter with new color scheme. It's not the best in contest, but it was difficult and fun for me to build something like that (I'll hardly try to build something like that ever again). I'm not even sure about the size of Naboo starfighter engines. The Naboo One Story: Jake is deserted Clone Trooper. After he was ordered to kill his Jedi Commander, he ran away and bought himself a ticket to Tatooine. He considered himself safe there, but ahd no money. He started to work to earn himself enough money to buy a ship, so he can escape to the planets in Outer Rim (how ever is that called). After few years, he meet some junkyard seller who cheaply sold him some remains of The Soulless One, Naboo Starfighter and some old podracer. Podracer's pieces were in so bad condition that he couldn't use them, so he mixed Grievous's Starfighter (Obi-Wan sold him to get money to start life on Tatooine) with Naboo and added alternative color scheme. He decided to wear his old battle armor again and find a new life on some normal planet. He even made some modifications on it. One of them are flags on engines that are used for braking, since it's engines can't slow down easily. And taaadaaa, this was created. After almost perfect snowspeeder was made, you made something that's still accurate, but with some new techiques. Greatdesign!

Great speeder bike. It's nice to see that someone makes female characters for this contest (I'll make one for starfighter category entry ). Nice lightsaber effect on last photo.

Thank you for great review. Man, I would really like to have it, but it's really expensive and there's no way I'm going to buy it with all those great new sets coming out. It's great set anyway.
-
Both Y-wing's and TIE's parts are made great, but they are instantly recognisable. It's brilliant. Good luck in the contest.

I appreciate your comments, thank you!

I'm speechless. This is amazing entry. Good luck. I guess G1-OVV represents 'GLOW'. I had idea like that for my starfighter category entry, I hope I'll finish it before the deadline.

Great response, MB.

gogocar is right, here in Croatia we can only dream about it. I know about S@H, but S@H is also something we can dream about in Croatia. So that info, doesn't help us. We go to same school, so yes, I'm 100% sure that gogocar talks about Croatia. I hope there'll be some good photos of Shadow ARC, so I can drool and dream.

Yet another great Licensed theme. Are those 3-wide windscreens on some cars?
-
Thank you for great review. Until now I thought it's bad set, but now I like it, and I want it. But it's way out of my price range, especially with Geonosian Starfighter and Dathomir Speeder coming later this year.

This is my first 4 wide car after I was eleven years old. Steering (that's how word for ability to go left and right is called, right?) is achieved with turn table piece. I know, it's simple, but I never saw it before (because I didn't look for it) and it takes a lot of space in such a small car. Hope you like it! Please C&C!

VOTING: Design a Direct-To-Consumer (D2C) set
Stardusty replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
21/ Profesor Hale's Oasis Hacienda by Rufus --- 4 points IMHO best entry in the contest. It would be such an awesome set. 10/ Ninjago Battle Chess Arena by Kris Kelvin --- 2 points Beacuse set looks beautiful and I like chess. 13/ Attack on the Nile by Yatkuu --- 1 point From all the MOCs here I think it fits best in given theme (in this case PQ) and still looks good. It was hard to vote, but I'm sure I have made good decision. Congratulations to everyone who was brave enough to enter in contest with so many great entries.
