    Some pictures of summer sets. Vader Transformation looks great, and so does Republic Tank. Surprisingly enough Freemaker sets look better than first 2 from 2016.

    Tbh I hope Lego will remake Ghost since original version looks really bad in my opinion , and Phantom 2 looks so bad when attached to original Ghost! It seems Lego really wanted to have that connection to Ghost and they sacrificed scale from 2011 Separatist Shuttle set . I mean that Separatist Shuttle was a great set and if Lego just remade in new colors and with a few new techniques and functions and Phantom 2 would have been a great set!

    Great Santa Bat minifigure! He's my favorite along with Iron Bat and Captain Batbeard. And Snakeclown is a nice one as well. Great work on a calendar!

    Personally I love official model of U-Wing, one of the best sets Lego made in a past few years! My only gripe with the set is troop bay, it's way too small. If anyone has a solution to making it bigger, while keeping the rest of the ship same please share.

    Well, absence of X-Wing is understandable considering there's currently 2 Resistance models on the shelves! And there a difference between Tie Striker which is 90% accurate to the movie version and Landing Tie with Deathtroopers.

    Regarding new mold for Baby Groot, if Lego makes it, this means he will be in most expensive set of the wave. Groot will sell biggest set like hot cakes since everyone loves him so much. I just can't see him appearing in cheaper sets.

    Since everyone is laying down their purchase plan, I might as well do the same. So the sets I'll be getting are: Mr Freeze Ice Attack, Penguin Arctic Roller , Riddler's Racer and Catwoman set. Might get cheap Joker set, unless I find that polybag with him.

    Perhaps , but I hope in next wave we will have another main bad guy, cause that Jestro is getting tired real fast.

    I still don't get why Monstrox needs Jestro as his puppet. But I guess they need that bad guy minifigure to sell big sets.

    Thanks for the pics! Can't wait till December 26 when this set gets released , I will definitely modify it a bit to make it better though.

    New Rocket looks much better than original! New costume looks great and that smile is a nice touch. Starlord look cool too, and apparently it's one of 2 version of him, other is trench coat one shown earlier. I wounder which version of Starlord will be in cheap set?

    Tbh Chopper has only appeared in 3 sets, and angry clone face for Stormie is a norm right now. And I've got Sabine's helmet from 2015 set ( but it's in wrong color, red instead of purple/pink). New Kanan looks great with that mask mold. And if Lego makes new Maul he has to have double molded arms with tattoo print, so pretty detailed! Same for Zeb he just needs to be updated with faun legs and double molded arms. Tbh I'm surprised they include Kanan in new Phantom, since he required new mold, when they could have included S3 Ezra who needs no new molds. But unless we get any new sets in summer wave ( retail exclusive?) I guess my custom Maul will have to suffice.

    I really wish Lego released Rebels version of Maul and new Season 3 versions of Zeb and Ezra! So this is my solution to get all of them : Maul's Mandalorian Starfighter! 40-50$ set with all aforementioned minifigures plus Sabine. This way we get both new Mandalorian Starfighter( in red!) and some missing Rebels characters!

    This is a nice set, but not day one buy ! I'm going to take same approach as with Droid Escape set from this year, and wait for a discount(I bough Droid Escape for 15$ just a few months after release).
