Awesome review, Big Cam! It seems like an average set, but those minifigures are what makes it a must buy. Just not sure if folks will be buying multiple ones since it's all just main characters....

Elrond followed by Haldir. I like the Mirkwood one as well, just not sure whether he looks better with hair or that awesome green hood.

Fantastic build! Question, on this pic here: Are some of the bricks custom painted? There's a lot of dark shading and I was wondering if it's from the photography or painting.

Does anyone know where Pippin can get his water bucket? I could've swore I had a bucket, but when I was at a spot to pick up some water, his bucket was not in the inventory. I thought it may be a glitch, so I started a new game and Merry starts off with a fishing rod, but Pippin had nothing....

That's a nice looking Rosie! I think it's an official one from the series 5 instructor. *edit* Ack! MCNwakeboard beat me to it. And Deathleech, I think either the UHA or the OF can be considered as an army builder because we don't have any other options at the moment. Not blaming the corporate world, but if the consumers are willing to shell out $30 and $40 for minifigs, why put out $12.99 battle packs now... wink wink....

Can anyone provide a good quality scan or (even better) create the Kingdoms Lions and Dragons quarter torso printing of the front and back please? I tried googling for them but no luck.... :(

Want some folk's opinion... How do you see the Evil knight as? - a specific character or a generic army builder? -
I just opened Uruk-Hai army the other day, and noticed A LOT of bricks had dented corners and scratched surfaces. Also, it took quite a bit of force to get the heads onto the torsos, and turning them takes some effort. It's definitely disappointing.

Great review and awesome pictures! To the OP or anyone else, were there a lot of bricks in the set that had dented corners, scratched surfaces, or any other quality issues? I noticed I had quite a bit of them in my set. Was just curious if I just had a bad batch or they're inferior parts produced from one of the countries....

Started playing the game today and it is definitely up there as one of the best Lego games so far. However, I encountered two (and a half) glitches so far.... At the first stage: At the first part of free-roaming (half glitch): At the Batcave: I don't think I've encountered this much frustration in such short amount of time on a Lego game so far. The awesomeness of the game more than makes up for it, but I hope there isn't going to be any more issues as the game progresses....
