The latest episode of The Clone Wars, Deserter, has a Mandalorian/Twi'lek pairing... and Padme is Naboonese, while Anakin is from Tatooine. I think the Star Wars universe sets plenty of precedents for cross-race relationships. Not to say that I think Cad and Padme should be in a relationship... :sick:ew: . Have fun with that mental image. ... ANYway, back on topic, I love all these nose-arts. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get some spare white slope pieces so I can put new art on separate pieces and switch the designs out as I wish. I've searched all over Bricklink, and can't find any. Thanks in advance for any help!

AACK trucksareofftopic... I for one am very excited about the Jester impulse... after I get that I'll just need to grab a Harley Quinn minifig, and I'll have all the Jester hats! I find it kind of funny that they are making an entirely new theme for something pretty similar to 2009 "Fantasy" Castle. Sure the new line doesn't have any fantasy creatures (we'll see how long THAT lasts... ), but on the 2009 sets it just says "Castle", which I think would match these new sets fine. Just a thought.

Might I suggest finding the midpoints of the images and mirroring the left side over the right? It looks to me that the designs are a bit lopsided. Unless that's intentional, in which case 10/10 for a first design! EDITED for spelling. :P

I can see where you could be hesitant, given the rougher texture of a baseplate compared to a tile or the side of a brick. I think if Brasso didn't work, I would try lightly sanding the flat area. I've never done it, though, so take my advice with a grain of salt.

I personally disagree, but I'm sure none of us are here to argue, so I'll leave it be. I don't consider myself a "classic Townie", but I pick up Town sets and build Town MOCs because they set a good backdrop for Zombie/Post Apoc MOCs and dioramas. The main reason I want Town Plan is so my little plastic survivors have a home base. So I guess in a nutshell, I build Town to break it down!

I imagine that more high-ranking thieves would be granted a different route of entry. If anyone here has ever played The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, it's like the switch from entering the Dark Brotherhood through the house to entering through the well. The alternate entrance here would probably lead to the balcony. That's just my interpretation, though; Thrash may have a different explanation. :skull:

I have the Jango pen, and I agree that it's terrible. As for Greedo, I have him together right now and he is very nice, but I don't think I would pay $30 for JUST the fig. On the other hand, I think having an official Greedo would be better than modding the Senator from the shuttle.

Gotta go with PoP for the new animals and accessories, though overall I'm not such a fan of Licensed themes. I'll probably try to get the Buzz Lightyear ship thingy set too.

It really depends on why you need to know. Are you just asking out of curiosity, or is it for a MOC/MOD/comic/flick? Or something I've missed. I've always considered Adventurers to be either modern (late 90s/2000's) or in the same time frame as Indiana Jones, the 1940s.

The Penguin, I was just recently at a Lego store were they had a christmas-castle display with a centaur almost EXACTLY like yours, but female. You wouldn't happen to be connected to the NELUG display in Natick, would you? It may just be a coincidence, but I found it odd enough to ask.

These look great! I especially like the second one, it reminds me of Inglorious Basterds .

I almost always have a MOC project going on. I haven't had anything shipped to me recently, but last time I did what I like to call a "FigJam". I take out all my minifig parts and just go to town. The majority of my MOCs have actually been made3 to fit figs that I've made this way.
