  1. http://imgur.com/EJobGkJ The same place my Symbiote Spider-Man is. Lol
  2. I agree, the biblical quotes were great too. The Christian (and I am one myself) references were great, especially subtle ones like Vision being pure like Christ. And back on topic… Now that I see it in this set, I think the drones should have come with the antennae in the retail sets too. They look way better.
  3. Okay, expect it in the next couple of days. Thanks for the tips man.
  4. Nah, trans orange from the Quinjet, I thought the same as you. Also, on the throne, are those Hero Factory minifigure scale arm pieces connected onto a brown vine piece? <-- don't know their actual name but its those things used for legs on drones like the Spider man polybag promo. Anyway, putting them on vines does't seem very sturdy, seems almost like an illegal technique. Crazy to think that this is almost the only church we will ever get in a modern day Lego set.
  5. I could, but I don;t really know how. is there any way to post it without a flickr page? If so can anyone give me a step by step guide on how to post a pic?
  6. Gallimimus Trap is pretty cool. is that in the movie? Also, is anyone gonna hit up target in the US soon to see if they have any extra Dr. Wu minifigures to give out?
  7. Unless you take an eraser to your current helmet… (Thank God I didn't say this over in the Purist community parts)
  8. Wow yeah, thats gross. Very incomplete looking. That takes the cake for me.
  9. Yeah theres both. I must ask, did any other Lego VIP member get a cardboard "ball" type model in the mail showing what models you could build from the pick a brick wall in the upcoming months? It showed an alligator, a panda, some trucks (one of my favorites is a mini green one with chairs making up the cargo bed. I've searched everywhere and could not for the life of me find any other person who had gotten this. Please speak up if you have.
  10. I completely agree. Thinking about what could have been be like… :wall: Anyway, the Ultron definitely has his own head from the Quinjet meaning the figure as a whole is not exclusive. I believe this is the trend in these SDCC sets is that none contain an exclusive fig. Examples: Batman and Robin --- SDCC Batmobile and Juniors sets Rocket Raccoon ----- SDCC Warbird and polybag Chopper --------------- SDCC Rebels set and actual Rebels set and now… Ultron and drones --- SDCC Throne set, and the actual Age of Ultron sets
  11. I wouldn't hold my breath for a Scarecrow figure using that hat. In fact I like the current one much more.
  12. Reminds me of one of your build Captain Nemo. Perhaps its the black border. This looks very cool, similar to something a major high quality action figure company like Kotobukya or something of the sorts would make as a scene, except now it is in lego form. Looks like the church from the trailers and movie and it honestly looks very cool. I really want it, perhaps more than any other SDCC set thus far. But I'm not going to get it because I'm not going to SDCC and will not pay those high after market prices for it.
  13. Its all good bro. Haha, thinking outside the box, unpredictable. I applaud you for that style. Enjoy your displaying, this'll definitely steal the show.
  14. Pretty menacing. Good job portraying that man.
  15. All of these are amazing. Great work all.
  16. Ooohh, that would help on scaling. Have you ever thought of making a zoo MOC with all your talents?
  17. Oh what a great classic vibe. Great work my friend.
  18. Absolutely! I can't stand it when people say, "oh look at that set, you could build it from your own pieces." My collection, like most Lego collections, is comprised of a good amount of bright colors like red, yellow, green, orange, and blue. However, the way i like to build is with toned down colors like grays, browns, dark and light blues, maroons, blacks, sand greens, tans, and whites making for a more natural scene (especially when building superhero scenes just as I usually do.) Part limitations get extremely frustrating especially in the middle of building, but you gotta push through. I hate it how much this line describes my thoughts.
  19. Great use of minifig arms on the columns and I love the sand green and maroon used on the floor tiling. That was always a nice pairing in my opinion. The tan is not overbearing and everything is well distributed. However, I do agree, a chandelier would complete the scene, making it even better than it is now. Great work my friend which is always expected from you. I really do love it when I see that ACPin has something new on the Eurobricks homepage.
  20. Wow, I just read the article saying that Ant Man will shrink and ride on the arrow. That is amazing!!! But even more amazing is that it obviously means, Ant Man micro figure!!!! That will be iconic in the movie kinda like the Hulkbuster and Vision from AoU. Now, I'm even more excited knowing a proper Ant Man micro figure rendition is coming!!!
  21. Oh wow thats great. The blue flag adds a great touch of a cooler color in the build. Great texture all around man. Awesome work.
  22. Awesome and instantly recognizable. Detailed, well textured, great water technique, and an interesting tower build. Keep up the good work my friend.
