  1. Lol, when the Juniors set looks better than the others. Seriously though, the Juniors set looks awesome. Glad to see the Iron man is Mk 7 and Loki is the old one. Everything about that set looks good (even the car!) --- The "STARK" license plate is nice touch. Now, to whoever said the Submarine looks like a Space Police set, you could not be more right. What an abomination! But that Iron Skull and Deep Sea Iron Man armor honestly makes the set worth the purchase.
  2. Superman's hair almost looks like a good piece for black racial minifigures. Much more than Finn's actually. Hmmm, we'll see.
  3. Wow, this set is really a miss mash of different parts. The figures however, and that amazing new grappling hook look nice. Definite buy. Thanks for the pics.
  4. Flesh Carrie Kelly Robin thanks to BrickQueen. Honestly, by far, the best one out there. She uses Velma's head and Shaggy's hair. Genius!!!
  5. http://oi61.tinypic.com/10zpxko.jpg The guy to the right with Infearno's helmet would be a great Dormammu. The guy to the left's torso and legs will make for a PERFECT Avengers Assemble Dracula.
  6. The new orange 1x1 pyramid looks very useful. If it comes in a blue color later down the line, I could see it working well on top of the Lego TARDIS instead of a plain stud. Theme looks cool. the guy pulling the carriage can be used in Thor and mythological MOCs. Really wanting to see the knights' torsos. They actually seem very useful. Probably not getting the theme unless there are some $10 sets, but it really looks fun and interesting. Well done Lego.
  7. No problem at all man. It does look really good indeed, I may need to get that head as well. How I found the pictures is actually pure serendipity. I was on Flickr a few days ago when I saw it, and when you posed your question I just remembered it. Right place at the right time I guess.
  8. Links to Ryan Rydalch's Flickr page. He attended some Comic Con and took pictures with the Captain America figure you described: https://www.flickr.c...05/21739294761/ https://www.flickr.c...05/21718361412/ It looks really good imo.
  9. Glad WS is keeping the red star on the arm. (Makes sense to wipe it off since he isn't a villain anymore, but I am so glad they didn't.) Not biting the bullet and refusing to spend $75 for the polybag was worth it.
  10. The suit is definitely more modern and sleeker with sharper lines. The difference is decently evident in real life, but in lego form, I think its relatively similar. Not missing much by not getting the figure in the biggest set, but I still want Giant Man and most of all: the micro fig!
  11. Nexus you are a hero! Thank you so much!!!!!!! :excited: Coincidentally, I was also looking for an Agent Carter purist, so thanks for that too. She is really looking good. But again I cannot thank you enough man! :classic:
  12. It says the Pumpkin bomb is a head! And by mini version of 76017, he he most likely means the tank. (It was said that Cap would be getting a tank previously)
  13. Could the Batarang possibly be a black whip for Catwoman? ...Like she deserves. I mean what on earth were they thinking going with the brown one?
  14. Great work as always Autorazr! Great torso for Tigra. Does anyone have a picture of the 2015 Silver Wonder Woman torso with the 2012 Wonder Woman's legs. (Doesn't matter about the tiara.) I'd just like to see how it looks and can't find anything.
  15. Took the words right out of my mouth.
  16. Purist Hawkeye Not my picture. Credit where credit is due. The same guy has some great Harry Potter upgrades. (And although Harry Potter isn't a superhero, I fell in love with this person's MOD of the figs.) ---
  17. Not too sure on a torso besides Starfire's very own with gray/silver sleeves. Same goes for the legs unless you want plain black ones with a purple hip. Also maybe the punk skater CMF's hair or a Starfire-style black one.
  18. I had to comment. I love it. The use of that hinge is so underused and under appreciated. Great work, the truck looks very visually appealing and goes a whole other level with its use of parts. keep up the good work man.
  19. Hmm, very interested to see. Thanks for the info. EDIT: WAIT A MINUTE!!!!! Red and Blue…?????? That must mean our Harley is red and blue. I mean think about it. Orange and purple Two Face gets an orange and purple truck. Black and white Two Face gets a black and white truck. Red and blue Spider-Man gets a red and blue everything. Black and yellow and Batman gets black and yellow everything too. I was really hoping for black and red with the pigtails, but whatever. Being based on suicide squad, it was expected i guess. Still getting the set.
  20. Would you mind giving us any info in regard's to Harley Quinn's bike? I'm kinda interested in that.
  21. So the two Christmas $10 sets look great. Cozy, quaint, and have some great pieces. (I'm looking at you husky dog!) Gingerbread house looks nice too. Good parts, but still disappointing to see another micro scale build. Glad to see the wall calendar is back, hopefully it includes some more coupons. Winter Soldier? Flashback Shredder? Who knows, but I am loving it. Also, just a heads up, the Brickshow has the Thanksgiving set reviewed and a better look at the instructions showing the upcoming $10 christmas sets. The "window" in the Thanksgiving set is actually a wine bottle holder cabinet, kinda like from the Parisian Restaurant.
  22. Luke Cage with Finn's hairpiece. Flickr picture again. Not my picture though. Credit where credit is due.
  23. Wow, that would go great for Kaine. Yeah, i saw that too. Great idea! We just need to find a good head now. Legs can be Spider-Man dual molded ones (if you want him to have jeans shorts) ----- Moon Knight purist figure using the Black Knight from the Scooby Doo: Not my picture, credit where credit is due.
  24. A pretty decent Talon from the Batman comics using the Unkar's thug from the Force Awakens sets. Picture is not mine (as per usual) , but credit where credit is due.
  25. I'm definitely looking to get a case one day. I try not to have loose or small lego objects on display, such as minifigs, so that helps, but usually I go the paintbrush route. Definitely should get a softer one as this one really isn't cutting it anymore. That said I only do have a small display cabinet of two (technically 3) shelves that are only about two feet long and 8 inches wide. Jangbricks has a whole video dedicated to dust cleaning. He has a huge layout so vacuuming is the best for him. But for normal people like us, paintbrush is the way to go. How often does everyone do it? For me I try to do have a jab at it at least once a week just to keep it fresh. Other times I get lazy and pretend I don't see the dust and just admire the display from a few feet away. Not really too proud of that.
