How do you get onto LEGO universe mode? I have just downloaded LDD and people have said it is in the start menu, but its not there for me.

On LDD, is it possible to get animals? Like horses, dogs and cows. Also, can you get the more advanced bricks like jail bars and digger heads? Thanks.
