Thank you all! I did'nt work on it since a long time. But i did some minors improvements, like the interior for exemple. I must do some renders. I just need a bit time :/ And by the way, I started to use mecabricks and if I understand how to share my work, I will.

Thanks, grand dukes! The first picture was taken during the first flying test in real condition. A little jump Earth-to-Moon... Few weeks before the dramatic mission during wich the ship was lost in mysterious circumstances....

Thanks. And by the way i totally agree with you. But i don't really hope anymore....

There is friction. With the dark grey half pin near the blue part when the pads are up. And with the light grey pin in the axle connector in the middle when they are down. But ldd did not allow me to fold/unfold them fully. That's why you can see the pin not fully engaged. But i have to confess that i didn't test that. When i build the mecanism, i haven't used the 11272 axle connector but just one long axle wich twist a bit for some reason, giving enought friction to lock the mecanism itself in fold/unfold positions.

Yes, and it works. But i cant say I am sure at 100% because I have not used exactly the same pieces, And i tried only on by one. I mean I tested front and the rear separately.

Hi guys, Thanks to the help of some people here, I could make a few renders of my moc. Here's the result: LL-X2 01 by Binuche Bin's, sur Flickr It is a Lego ideas project I have. It is awaiting approval for now, so you do not find it online for now. But anyway, many thanks to those who gave me some tips. Edit: here it is -
OK... maybe that's why nobody propose this solution yet.... :P I suppose a mixel eyeball does not solves the problem either...

Same probleme here: LDD randomly closes after few minutes of use. Wathever i'm doing, no error message. The probleme appears after i change my computer recently, so it is difficult to know why lt closes. I tried to reinstall many times differents versions, no result. I was on win 8.1 And the probleme still after reinstall of win 10. Direct x? Graphique card ? Very irritating. What is your version of directX, Mr Johns? Mine is 12.

Here is my solution to fix the neck problem: I have not tested with the complete model (only with few parts to test the friction) but i see no reason it doesn't work. The advantage is you don't have to rebuild the head. Edit: if anyone can try this and confirm that it works... ;)

Alleluia! Great thanks to you!! It is in the .ini file. I tested. It works only with the finals pixels rendered. All that remains is restarting from the very begining. That's better than nothing. -

Well, il finally decide to decrease the radiosity level from custom to normal and disactivate the anti aliasing. The result is that the render time decrease to 2 hours although that I increase the resolution to 3880*2160. That's better, but now i have many black pixels and some stranges artefacts, already describe here (the "hollow stud bug"). I will continue to test differents settings. -

Hi, I'am new here, so before all, hello to everybody. I'm trying to render a creation of mine. But render take sooooo much time, i think there is some issue. Example: after 12 hours of rendering only half of my creation is done. For a quite simple creation: 450 parts I try with the defaults settings in ldd to povray converter. resolution is 1920*1080, my computer is a i5 4590 @ 3.3 ghz 8go ram (edit: win 8 64bits). Ok there is some transparents parts but it seems a bit excessive rendering time compare to what I have seen on this board. First, the .ini file of my project has the wrong version number. Is it an issue? Next can i stop a render to continue it later? (my pc is in my bedroom) I try the "+c" commande in the dialog box, but the result is bugged image. thank you in advance :)
