Looks great KielDaMan, much better than TLG pathetic attempts. Although (forgive me if you addressed this) The TCW BARC only has one set of controls, its the ROTS one with two sets. The first image and the image from this show that. Again sorry if you mentioned it I just don't want to have to read back through the whole topic again . (They look great though, just wrong model.) Edit:Shouldn't the square stud underneath the dark grey cheese slope also be dark grey?

I'm sure we can all name names, and sometimes the method of telling someone they have a detail a bit wrong is sometimes a bit over the top, but I think Solscud007 has hit the nail on the head, MOC's not COTE's (Creation for others to enjoy).

A ship or vehicle that resembles or improves on (within reason) a star wars ship or vehicle, but no so much accuracy, remember some people might like to have a go but are limited with the amount or colour of their bricks, or just aren't skilled enough to produce it as accurate as some () would like. If a person likes studs they should include them and not have to tile them up or SNOT just to make it look like the ship (that what Hasbro's for), fun little features, and cleaver techniques are better than 100% accuracy, to anyone I suppose.

Yes they are TCW Version ROTS Version The main difference is the front end between the intake and the controls, it lacks the covering over the control rods of TCW one. Presumably the ROTS one is a striped down or later variant. Edit: Another difference is the TCW version has only 1 set of controls, whereas the ROTS version has two, which suggests a later model. And the seat has no headrest on the TCW version.

Hi ADHO15, The new clone wars ones look good. I've followed this topic since before joining EB, but have only just found it again. Without looking at the index yet I just wondered if you have done any stormtroopers?, BTW Tarkin and Yularen look great.

No I think the first Droideka is the best. However a mix of all 3 might produce something worth while. The body and modified legs of the 3rd, a mixture of all 3 heads, and the old arms, in brown or dark grey.

I like it KielDaMan. I like the front especially. (However, the sloping hull at the front isn't modified, its the original, and the one in Sith must be a modification ). My only criticism is that the end of the bike ends a bit abruptly, maybe a cheese wedge there? But a great job. (Edit:242 Post )

Arrg I see 12 studs fail . No Its not DobbyClone its great, however the sloping should extend from the end of the wings to the end of the cockpit, you have them stopping at the start of the cockpit. Great job though. (Needs More Chrome ). Edit:I think the sloping needs to be a bit wider though. (Much better than TLG's 4 attempts, you'd think that after 4 they might have had it.)

Ah no sorry they are not in the actual games, but I was playing a MOD map of Naboo Theed Hanger, which had lots of N-1's, the actual N-1's where taken from the game source files, and where originally going to be in the game, the models where made but cut from the game at the last minute to save space. (you can see them in some of the old trailers)

Blast I was hoping that a minimal amount of mix and matching between the 4 different N-1's would produce the almost perfect version, Ah well hiho hiho to MOC one from scratch I go.

Well I meant anywhere that wasn't Battlefront II . Maybe if when the new N-1 comes out if someone could mod it with the chrome parts? On another note the chrome parts would probably raise the price up too much, but pearl grey would be cheaper, but still look great, still the back of the ship is all boxy from the astro socket. Oh BTW that UCS N-1 is great, but not realy good enough to be a UCS, more like a hughly scaled midi , great shiny bits though.

You are correct . All my current experiences of the N-1 are from playing battlefront II, where it looks very shiny, I honestly didn't think to look on the SW wiki for an image. But my main point is that for that price they could have dropped the poodikaand chromed pearled the few grey bricks.

I know but I thought that chrome gold was closer to the shiny yellow on the ship than normal yellow, and I don't think they is a pearl yellow is they? (BTW Brickdoctor that was a quick reply, I had only just refreshed the page ).

It looks as though the cart has 2 flick fires for it own use and two it could be carrying for the N-1, stupid TLG. I mean why, 10 year olds might find them great, but they could also stick them up their noses. At such a high price it is only really going to be for actual collectors, and not kids (no silly pupils) so it could do with a bit more accuracy. How amazing would it be if the grey pieces where replaced with pearl silver, and the yellow with chrome gold? It would be worth its price then, but not with flick fires.

I voted for Brickthing's banner, its a perfect colour, not too bright or distracting, and the little TIE and Falcon in the background. (I was going to vote for Def's Banner 2 because of the brilliant Darth Maul but in the end my vote went to Brickthing.)

I like it M<0><0<DSWIM, Especialy the legs lovly greabling, and on the arms. It realy looks like it could transform, and MrLestrange is right, it does resemble the toy Vader transformer. (Edit: I've just read you based this on it ).

Maybe nobody bought the first lot, so they repackaging it with the ever popular battlepacks. This is another super pack I wont be getting., now maybe if it had the battle for geonosis or Mace's starfighter, it would be better, and people might actually buy it, but with the stupid Freeco nar.

Haha "Many Bothans" haha With an imperial legion battle pack to kill them with, and some plans for the last one to escape with.

The thing is, that as a MOD of the set you can only go so far in improving it, I've got a MOD of TLG Separatist Shuttle that I will post soon. But the sets are usually so wrong only a MOC will fix them, Jedd the Jedi probable cant go much further, without making it a MOC, and the stupid TIE Fighter cockpit piece is a integral part of the ship. On my shuttle, the huge cockpit that was bigger than the space at the back was something I would have liked to get rid of but I didn't. I would look a lot better without it though. .
