Andrew Garfield is one of those actors in Marvel films I now cannot separate from the character, if played by a different actor (excusing flashbacks and prequels) they are just grating to me. The others are: Sir Patrick Stewart, Sir Ian McKellen, Hugh Jackman, Nicolas Cage, Tomas Jane, and Robert Downey Jr.

There would be no problem integrating the current TAS into the MCU if Sony were to share him. The two universes are massively similar (power armour, intractable holograms, magic formulas and serums). No massive continuity errors (like someone in TAS saying aliens cant exist, despite New York). It would be nice just to have two Marvel universes (X-Men and MCU), even if Sony still owns Spider-Man it would be nice if they could share him, it would be mutually beneficial to the both.

I saw the pilot a few weeks ago. It looks god, but I'm not familiar with the comic.

It's at the end of Iron Man in the MCU. As for TAS there is no specific point of wonderment or anything like it. The police, especially, seem to be taking the whole 'turning into a lizard' thing in their stride. I've watched both ASM films quite a few times over (I still feel like one of the only people who doesn't hate them though ) I can happly consider them in continuity with the MCU (unlike the X-Men / FF universe) due to there being no huge contradictions like that.

As has 'soul', Lokis' staff is powered by the Tessaract not a separate gem.

Who determines that though? Mother Talzin is an immensely powerful Darkside user who can raise the dead, beat Mace Windu and has Sith lightning. What makes her not a Sith?

http://io9.com/marve...apta-1651832265 Well this is looking quite good. 2019 is still close enough to get all the good films seen before the inevitable decline of the genre. Also Captain Marvel will be Ms. Marvel, that's good, along with Black Panther, it's still a shame it took them 'till phase III to get a female solo film and a film with a black lead (excluding black supporting characters like Fury). Inhumans being so far along the line could mean either a long running arc for AoS or maybe just dropping Sky from AoS and picking her up in a film later. Captain America: Civil War sounds like a better title for Winter Soldier ATM. I still can't see how a Civil War scenario will work in the current MCU. They did mention that the hadn't confirmed Doctor Strange casting. DC seems to be massively lagging now. In addition It was initially seen as a good thing for DC that all its properties were owned by WB, making a shared universe doable, with Marvel split between 3 (or 4, who owns Namor again?). Then the decided that their TV properties were split between multiple channels (making crossovers bloody unlikely), rebooted Batman (their most successful films ever), and mentioned they were going to reboot the successful Arrow, if he ever made it to screen. Add this to making the entire DCCU follow the same dark, gloomy, depressing tone as MoS, and they really seem like they want to fail.

I'm fairly certain that Maul and Savage are Sith, Maul declared themselves to be the True Sith in TCW. It's not like Sidious and Dooku have a more 'legitimate' claim, isn't the whole point of the Sith that 'the strongest survive'.

Again? Wasn't this mentioned and shot down a couple of months ago?

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...
Mr Man replied to The Kid's topic in Culture & Multimedia
Maybe by watching it . Each episode this series had had at least one facepalm moment in it (except for the last two), but over all the quality has been great. You don't like it, dig out the DVD versions of the ones you do and go watch them. Also: You're going to need a hell of a lot of evidence to back that one up , do you even remember all the River Song plot lines? Ever seen The Underwater Menace? What about The Twin Dilemma? IS there anything you haven't got angry about recently? -
I still can't get over how ridiculously bad those stupid wobbly lightsabres and solid drawn on lasers look. Correct the damn things in the films, don't make you animation look like crappy effects from decades ago, it's almost as bad as those pathetic points on the ROTS lightsabres.

I have absolutely no interest in the DC universe now. I'm binge watching Arrow now, watching Gotham as it happens, and I'll get to Flash soon. They seem to be going really well but the decision not to tie tie them to the films is frankly stupid . If MoS has set the tone for the future, it looks dull, the early concepts for BvS (art and plot summaries) seem to follow the same dull tone as MoS. It's a shame, because I really enjoyed the Dark Knight Trilogy and am really enjoying Arrow.

Regulators are Here to Put You Back on Schedule!
Mr Man replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Regulators are coming here . -
Just a few things: The skirt could do with being a bit smother, the transitions are a bit jumpy, the main hull could do to be a bit narrower and more sloped, and the turret may need to be raised a bit more.

Doctor Who, Torchwood, Sarah Jane Adventures...
Mr Man replied to The Kid's topic in Culture & Multimedia
An all round fantastic episode, this time with no eye rolling nitpicks in it, not only the best this series, but for a while. -
I believe so, you may need a Disney XD account or something like that.

Alien.

I'd be interested in that providing RDJ was as well, if he gets tired in the role it just wont work, he's one of the few Marvel actors who IS his character.
-
Oh, I just thought that was a typo, I've never heard of one of those before.

Droids in Distress was okay. It's mostly like Firefly for children so far.

Agreed, it will be nice to see 12 interacting with people he doesn't know for an episode. -
It's pretty much a AT-RT.

Do you have the 2 seater version from the Clone Battlepack?
