Hopefully some more details will become available prior to the release. Must say I'm disappointed about the late release in 2016, would have thought that 1 July was a more appropriate release date given the summer. I do hope that the set will either feature the bright orange or the purple external color. Both would be quite nice, this in opposite to silver or standard black.

Let's hope for either Purple/Black or Silver/Black. Both look superb!

I also think the 991 911 R is out of the picture, as the pictures in the first posts show a 'F1'-style gearbox. The 991R is only for sale with a manual stick shifter.

If this will be the motor, how will the cylinders move? Not used to have the above mentioned cylinder block, but the 'pin-connected' one is the one I know.
