    Got Doc Ock's Tentacle Trap at the Michigan LEGOLAND Discovery Center shop today! Starting the build now. They had most of the new August 1st releases, not strangely did not have Ghost Rider. I got the Kryptarium Prison Breakout instead. Ask me if you want close up pics of the new figures from the Doc Ock set!

    Sorry because this doesn't belong here, but I know people have been asking about this: Ghost Rider has been confirmed for Season 4 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.!

    Brick Show just did a LEGOLAND haul video, and they got both of the new DC sets there. Is there a chance the Marvel sets are at LEGOLAND stores? Also, do you get VIP points at LEGOLAND stores? I haven't been to one since 2011, before I was a VIP member.

    I would love to go to my Toys R Us to get the Tanker Truck and Sanctum Sanctorum, but I'm waiting to order from Lego so I get VIP points and the London bus. I'm going to use my reward to save some money on the Bridge Battle later this year. I just started on my Civil War airport display, so all I need is the truck, Spider-Man, and Hawkeye to complete it.

    I'm mad that I'll have to wait longer because I have to buy the sets online. It's completely ridiculous that they won't carry them in stores.

    Yeah, I was very confused by that. I'm also pretty disappointed as I love going to the Lego store to get the new sets I want in person. I'll probably go anyway to pick up the Tentacle Trap or Ghost Rider, and maybe Pick-A-Brick, but I'll have to get the three exclusives online. I wish they carried them in store! Has this ever happened before?

    Called my local Lego store today, and they gave me some interesting information about the Tanker Truck Takedown and Sanctum Sanctorum. Apparently, the sets will only be available on Lego.com and no Lego stores will be carrying them in person.

    Yeah, something I've noticed on here is that a lot of people complain about or don't like the fact that there are play features in sets. For example, I saw posts complaining about the explosion function in the Tanker Truck Takedown set. But Lego sets are designed for kids and kids like exploding their toys and playing with them, so I think it's a bit unfair for everyone to bash the Lego set for having play value.

    Does anyone know if there's a Marvel SDCC set this year? Like last year was Throne of Ultron, and before that was Rocket Raccoon's Warbird?

    Don't really like the look of these. Cool idea but overpriced and I think it could've been executed better.

    The Sanctum Sanctorum is the name of Doctor Strange's headquarters, and that's what this set represents! And yes, that's a window and not a portal. The other one with the huge red tentacle monster is a portal.

    Awesome set and Vision honestly looks a lot better with the yellow gem. That's surprising to me, because I didn't really care too much about the blue in the first place! And of course Spider-Man is just amazing. I can't wait to buy this on August 1st along with Doctor Strange and the Doc Ock's Mech set!

    Love the figure, looks like the best Cap yet (not counting Sam Wilson Cap). But I'm also happy that it's not too desirable. If it was a Hydra designed cap like some bootleg images I've seen, I would've wanted it a lot more. Hopefully after Comic-Con they'll be cheap though!

    Sorry for going off topic, but where did you get the bootleg Phoenix? The only ones I see on eBay aren't printed very well on the face, or they're like $40.

    No. DC already got the Classic Batcave. Marvel should be next year.

    Awesome set! Has any other set ever had 2 bigfigs? I'd love to get this but might have to wait for a sale or BrickLink prices to drop. $60 is reasonable, I think, but I'm still not overly thrilled about getting it for full price.

    I would absolutely LOVE a comic-based Scarlet Witch! She's my absolute favorite character next to Iron Man and getting a comic variant of her would make me cry with happiness.
