Considering that lego is before all, a kids brand, I don't think the word "suicide" would appeal to suburban moms seeing it on toys. So the chances of getting dccu suicide squad sets are slim to none, so a comic batman set with the main characters would be our best bet, or maybe a big d2c set with all the main characters, but promoted under the dawn of justice sub theme. So as to avoid any legal action with promoting a "non kid friendly movie".

Considering that those are the same heads that we saw at the fair, hopefully these are still preliminary. I think this since there's a closeup picture of the minifigs on the box, and the hank pym head looks a lot different.

However, since that jacket design isn't exactly specific to only quicksilver, it would be useful for other minifigs as well. But it's still incredibly slim

Probably a long shot, this is probably just his casual clothes, so he will probably only wear it once in the entire movie, also, considering that Wanda and him are already considered avengers, then they will most likely have hero suits by then, so I'd suppose a custom would be your best option.

Umm, except that Thor not only has another solo movie coming, as well as being set to appear in infinite war parts 1 and 2 Personally it has to be either quicksilver or war machine, most likely the latter

Seeing as how the original avengers movie got four polybags, I think there might still be some hope for some others, hopefully including the iron legion or hydra henchmen.

It would be awesome if they made just one set for the defenders tv show, seeing as how it might be a bit less dark, this way we can get all of them.

For the batons you can just use some black light saber hilts with black screwdrivers attached. You can even paint on some blue highlights on the screwdriver and voilà. May be a bit long but meh.

D2C means direct to consumer as in large scale sets made specifically for the collectors, and not kids as much, things like ucs sets and large ones like diagon alley and the fairground mixer.

Hey y'all, i know this may be off topic, but seeing as how dawn of justice is getting closer and closer, what sets do you think we might get? Personally i think a new batmobile is garanteed, as well as hopefully a batcave, and maybe even a lexcorp building like the avengers tower set, another possibility would be an atlatean temple with aquaman, and maybe some roman ruin with wonder woman. Im hoping for at least five sets. What are your thoughts?

I'd actually say the iron man vs ultron would be a better value: it's a fantastic army builder with all exclusive figs, A decentish build, and a relatively cheap price point for four mini figures

Quick question, who here thinks that they have the largest ultron sentry drone army? I just recently bought one, and if like to see what a lot of them look together, so as to decide whether or not to buy some more, so if you have quite a lot would you please take a picture of all of them?

Im not sure where to find old fashined reviews, but mgf customs always makes incredibly long and detailed vids, i suggest you check out his reviews.

I sorta deemed it impossible seeing as how even the mold for his head/chest is far too big, i believe decool made a custom mold, to maybe buy that one, chop the head off, drill a hole into it, and then use it on a normal elongated minifigure and paint or even stick on designs from the set and the rocket polybag. seeing as how groot can change his mass, its not really a big problem for me, I can wait for 2017, when they most definately give us a brick built groot. there's been too many complaints for them not too.

maybe we could still get a bruce banner and war machine from the exclusive minifig from the game? or maybe just an electro/red rocket raccoon style polybag? personally i dont think arm printing on the iron legion drones is such a big deal, but it is on iron man and black widow, although, you could just use some dark red vambraces instead.

Alright guys now that all the sets are out and most of us have had a chance to buy and build the sets, what would you have changed about the sets and minifigures? personally, i'd have tried to include a war machine minifigure somewhere, probably the hydra fortress smash seeing as how an extra minifigure could have more so defended its high price point, another would be making the actual fortress better, also the jeep is a little dissapointing, the quinjet is amazing, no problems there other than the lack of minifigure room, and the tower is meh, but it is intended for kids, so us more mature colectors can simply buy two when the sets go on discount and make it it taller, also, i think the inclusion of a bruce banner minifigure in the tower would have made the set all the more perfect.

Has anyone gotten around to modding the tower yet? If so then please post pictures :) id like to but two to make it twice as tall, but im not entirely sure how to, so if anyone has already done anything then please.

Also, according to me it does appear that the heads are preliminary, so hopefully this could mean better heads, hopefully hairpieces and microfigures!

After more speculation of the ant man set, all of the dark brown pieces can easily be switched out with dark brown or reddish brown pieces, so would anyone want to do that? To have it look more realistic and coherent to the brown ants from the Indiana jones set.
