Hey all, I started the third base side of the infield. I am out of parts right now and waiting for a big order to come in from Bricklink (any recommended sellers?) I have put in all three bases and home plate. I made a makeshift stands area. The one for the actual stadium will be a lot bigger and more robust For right now, here is a picture!

That Airport looks great! I do agree, it needs some of the classic runway base plates. The glass windows look great! How many different airlines do you have operating out of it right now? I think the next step might be a Cargo Terminal

There are a few stadiums in the states that are used by both Major League Baseball teams and National Football League teams. There is one in Oakland and Miami that I know off of the top of my head. It used the be a lot more common until all these teams started asking for new fields. I do love the idea of a light rail! I will need to invest after the field is complete :) Thank you! I am curious to see how it grows too. I'm just going with it right nnow.

It will be very big :) I am thinking 3x3 for the field its self. With the stadium around it, I could see it going to 4x4 easily. Right now I invision it being the center piece to my city. Hopefully when series 4 minifigures come out I can convert it into a football field and use the hockey should pads and helmet to make a team. I think team owner Eric Erickson would love to diversify his assets and invest in a football team. Thank you. I am thinking I am a few installments from the infastructure around the field. My goal right now is to get the basics of the field shape done, then go from there :) This is one thing I've struggled with the most. As of right now, I've only done one handed swings. Maybe there will not be very many pictures of guys using bats ;) Thank you very much! I love the reference. Thank you! I am looking to add a little more this weekend. Hopefully start adding the dirt for the infield. Thank you very much! It will be a tricky project. It took a few trial and errors to get the batting circle around homeplate with the chalk lines how I wanted it. The pitchers mound was also a little tricky. My next big hurdle will be the infield diamond. After that is done, the rest of the field should be pretty straight forward. As of right now, I'm just going off of ideas and visuals in my head :) There is a Wrigley Field that somebody made a facebook for that is done very well. It will be very helpful when I get into the stadium design. Thank you! I'll be sure to keep everyone posted with updates. Just wish I had some construction LEGOs to make it look like more people were working on it :) I'm glad you got it :) Blonde did cross my mind. My wife said go with the black hair with the flower (Hula Girl series 3) It will be a big project and will take some time and finances. Right now it is a pay as I go project :) I will complete the project though. Just not sure how long it will take to complete everything... Then again, I'm sure I'll always be adding to it. If the tax payers would pass some of the bonds to build the field, you wouldn't have to worry about the ticket prices. The free agents are a different story.
