Hello! It has been a little bit since I have posted a MOC or a LDD. I am currently working on creating a LEGO Stadium that is completely modular. This would allow for different sections to be moved around and switched up to keep the stadium "fresh." Below is a few screen shots of my first attempt. It seats 48 minifigures comfortably, although I am sure additional "Standing Room" seats could be sold ;) Any creation ideas for the stadium would be greatly appreciated! I do understand outside of the United States, American Football is pretty much non existent. My hope is that the idea of a modular stadium where you can purchase different pieces and in a way build your own unique stadium will catch on and be able to carry the idea. I just uploaded my first version of the stadium to LEGO CUUSOO under the Football creation. I am dissapointed that my Dark Ages were during the Football(soccer) and NBA themes. I feel being a sports nut, I really missed out. The hockey player gave us a facemask to make football players at least :)I would greatly appreciate all the support I can drum up on my LEGO CUUSOO design :)

I am so excited about the Cuusoo website! Being a huge sports fan, I started one for an American Football theme: http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/1471 My thoughts are to offer team sets in different colors to allow for people to create their own teams in colors of College or NFL teams. One big item I am pushing for and working through prototypes on LDD is a modular stadium. My thoughts are to offer a range of different stadium sections on either 32x16 or 32x32 baseplates to let people make their own stadiums!

The Toys R Us in Tigard, OR said they could only find one box but their system showed 240 in stock. They also told me a limit of 5 per person to give everyone a fair chance. Whatever happen to early bird catches the worm?

If anyone is considering making a living on it, they should consider paying Uncle Sam into their plan. The IRS will find away to get their money. Better sooner rather than later with back taxes and interest build ups. Anyways, there is a local guy who is involved in 3 different storefronts in 3 different suburbs in the Portland, OR area. His website can be seen here: http://bricksandminifigs.com/ All of the stores are pretty cool and unique. I honestly think with the right strategy it can be done. The toughest part is to acquire the inventory at prices where it allows you to cover your margins. I do think having a storefront helps because it helps you take advantage of the uninformed buyer. Brick Link generally has a lot of informed buyers who will look for the cheapest prices.

At the TRU Black Friday sale this past year I saw the Log Cabin, Pharoh Quest, and the new small police sets. Hopefully soon we will see some 2012 pics :)

Pilot was Series 3 and I agree, he was a downer. Judging by the Series 6 leaked pictures you'll get a whole slew of historical/fantasy themed minifigures (Minotaur, Scotsman, Genie, and Leprechaun). I've been a fan of just about all of them. I love getting the new torsos, heads, and pieces and adding to my collection. So I can't really say I'm not a fan of any of them.
