Perfectly said. I really hated when Pratt rolled under the fence to escape the raptors. Like he was just vying for Indy-Support or something. When you think of Jurassic World or Guardians of the Galaxy characters, you think "Pratt did some cool stuff in that film". not "Wow! Starlord is awesome!". Also, I literally just had to Google his character's name in Jurassic World. It's Pratt playing with Dinos, not Owen surviving in Jurassic Park. That's what I call an Actor's curse. Chris Pratt has it, Tom Hanks has it, Will Smith has it, just to name a few. When the character is referred to as the Actor in discussion, it's not good. At all. Harrison Ford does NOT have that curse. His characters hold their own as characters. Indiana Jones. Han Solo. Rick Deckard. They're not Harrison Ford, they're Indiana Jones, Han Solo and Rick Deckard. Put Pratt in the role of Indy, and it would be an abomination. It'd be like "Hey look! Pratt can babysit Dinosaurs, fly spaceships, and now he can run from boulders too! Yay Pratt!"

What about something along the lines of Andromedas Gates, but much simpler? Say there are three museums or the like, and they are all competing to get funding. The only way to get funding is to find cool artifacts and junk. You make a build showing the finding of something cool or whatnot for the museum of your choice (I'm imagining one really nice museum, one sleazy "Sinister" museum and one other for variety's sake) and depending on how good the build is, as decided by the judging committee, you get a certain number of coinage for your museum. That might make a lot more sense in my head, but it seems simple enough to keep track of.

It's so beautiful in a warped way. I feel like I'm high when looking at it...Granted, I only know the feeling from laughing gas at the Dentist, but I imagine it feels the same way on drugs... In any case, great thing here.

And Heaven forbid that a Ghostbuster/Doctor Who fan wouldn't go see a movie that he's not the target audience of, right? You have to remember that just as there are hardcore Whovians that would be mortified if Barney the Talking Dinosaur were the next Doctor, there are Indiana Jones fanatics that would form angry mobs if anyone besides Ford were to "Take the title of Indy".

If my math holds up, this new installment will be set somewhere around 1978. That's really close to the original release of Raiders of The Lost Ark in 1981. Just an interesting thing of interest.

My local Toys "R" Us had the 2 for $5.00 Deal going on. I bought six. I'll probably go back sometime. However, a few of the figures have some slight quality issues. A weird line on Sharkman's nose, the Faun's flute had some weird extra plastic attached, etc. This is the first time I've seen this in CMFs. Perhaps LEGO knew that this batch had questionable quality and advised retailers to put them on sale?
