  1. You're right with 450 episodes, 25 animated movies, 4 live action, a couple of tv specials and direct to video mini movies. There are half a thousand locations and monsters to use. If Lego wanted to Scooby Doo could run as long as Star Wars and not redo or run out of set ideas!
  2. There is actually many variations of the gang over the years even in just the first series. Snow gear, swimsuit gear, diving suits, sports gear, dressed up. Then you could have them in different variations for each series (Pup, What's New, Mystery Inc.). Then Scooby and Shaggy in their disguises. Also you could include side characters like Scooby Dum, Scrappy Doo, Red Herring, Sheriff Stone, Hex Girls, Secret Six, Dynomutt, Blue Falcon, Batman & Robin, Globetrotters. And maybe Flim Flam, Van Ghoul, and Phibes from the two worst scooby food ever made. And also all the gangs relatives and guest stars So there are enough characters
  3. I think the waves will not focus on certain series but instead generally classic. I think we'll get more monsters, variations of the gang, Scooby Dum, Scrappy Doo, and maybe a cop, but any more specific characters like Hex Girls or Flim Flam would probably be too specific. The one hope of a series focused set would be an exclusive I would hope for a Pup Named Scooby Doo set with the scooby doo detective agency treehouse, scoobys doghouse, and Red Herring!
  4. Like you I was inspired to watch them. I have almost every DVD of it so almost every series they have released. So I'm watching every episode of scooby doo ever before the new lego wave and tv show!
  5. I am hoping for future waves as they said in coming years. It would be so easy to make sets with all the locations just in the originals (beach, castle, malt shop, museum, graveyard, tiki place, snow lodge, theater, ghost town, circus, pirate ship), also with the new monster figs we could get new variations of the gang like snow or beach
  6. Found this article describing the sets in more detail. It says all the monsters the mummy will obviously be in mummy museum mystery, the lighthouse keeper in haunted lighthouse, we already have seen pictures that Dracula, zombie, ghost, and black knight are in, so that means horseman is in the plane set http://lego.gizmodo.com/lego-scooby-doo-and-other-new-sets-announced-at-london-1680751858 Here's the site I found
  7. I have been a Scooby Doo fan since childhood and bought all the scooby doo episodes on DVD (Where are You, New Movies, Show, & Scrappy doo, Pup, what's new) and when they announced I can't even describe how excited I am
  8. Jokerland sounds like the big Villian base we have been waiting for. Teen Titans are great figs to get and the batboat I'll pass and just buy death stroke unless its like old batboat, I need one for my batcave
  9. I'm pumped for Jokerland hopefully it will include other new villians. Batboat I'm hoping for a new JL minifig thrown in like Riddler Chase. The Teen Titans I'm most looking forward to because the minifigs are all new and hopefully it will be the T Tower. The whole JL wave despite having the most amazing figs and vehicles ever was lacking in buildings/bases. Also sadly Lego decided to dedicate two 200 dollar UCS sets to vehicles instead of amazing bases like (Hall of Justice, Watchtower, T Tower, Hall of Doom, LexCorp, and for Marvel, Avengers Mansion, Baxter Building, X Mansion, Avengers Tower, New York building, SHIELD HQ, or a Villians Base)
  10. Use City buildings and police
  11. Hi Im an eighteen year old who just got back into Legos as I was once a fan of Castle and Batman. I grabbed as many Castle, Hobbit, and LOTR as I could but they all ended. So I decided to pursue Superheroes. I'm focused on DC mainly and hope to make mocs of all the bases in the superhero world (Hall of Justice, Batcave, Baxter Building, X Mansion, and Avengers Tower) as I am mainly a building guy. I have just purchased all the 2015 JL sets (Brainiace is on back order) and plan to buy all the base sets without minifigs on Bricklink and maybe some knockoff minifigs of the comic cons and marvels. Sorry if I broke rules about forums and stuff I'm new. I was also wondering if I could get caught up on the summer wave news. Thanks
