  1. [No need for that Thormanil, I'm still standing. Well, most of me is! ] "No need for either of us to rest or heal. Shall we move on?"
  2. *sniff* I've lost my daughter, and we were wrong about Cherry. At least she was able to take mother with her! Setsuku, you're in the same position as Hiroki. You're pinned against the wall with a incriminating investigation result. There is no question you'll be lynched tonight.
  3. A family member has lent me the use of her laptop, so it looks like this will no longer be an issue. But thank you for understanding all the same!
  4. Titles come as you spend more time on Eurobricks, you'll get one in time. But beware, WhiteFang covered the dangers of asking for a title in the first post of the Title Archive.
  5. If I may ask, what causes this outbreak of war? It's just the only way I (from a British person's perspective) could imagine Ireland as the battle ground for a war is if it were involving the IRA. It all depends. Would your first novel have a natural end, or be a cliffhanger. I'm not against sequels Per Se, but I dislike cliff hangers, and some readers may resent your novel for it. It's like games that come with DLC on first-day-release. Some like it, others are ambivalent, and others dislike them, and think less of them because of it.
  6. "My word, the Wyvern didn't take this long to kill! I'll attack Serpivine B from the front row with my Sabre!" [i'll attack Serpivine C from the back row with my Mockthril Longbow]
  7. "I'll attack Serpivine B from the front row with my Sabre!" [i'll attack Serpivine C from the back row with my Mockthril Longbow]
  8. badboy, my laptop has come down with a case of 'Blue Screen of Death', so I'll need to send it off to an technician soon. I'm using Safe Mode at the moment, but won't be able to use it indefinately, so I maybe absent for a few days whilst it is being fixed.
  9. "I'll attack Serpivine B from the front row with my Sabre!" [i'll attack Serpivine C from the back row with my Mockthril Longbow]
  10. "I'll attack Serpivine B from the back row with my Shuriken!" [i'll attack Serpivine C from the back row with my Mockthril Longbow]
  11. "Yes, Ms, uh, Broomstick, do you also know of a way we could liberate our estranged companion from the clutches of the Witch?" [Oops, sorry Cinna, I didn't notice how badly everyone else way injured. I'll heal both you and Thothwick. Would you require healing too, Bart, or can you manage for now?]
  12. *sniff* Vote: Cherry Blossom (White Fang). A vanilla with a night action? At least allow your claim to have a modicum of sense. You've done so little for us, and you don't seem to have been in contact with anyone. Should you be innocent, I doubt your presence will be missed.
  13. I would hope they'd do more than one set from the Nolan series. I'd love to see his version of Scarecrow in Lego form. But didn't we know we were getting Spiderman and Doc Ock from the press release? I don't recall them mentioning any TDKR variants.
  14. *sniff* I believe that Saburo, whilst not deserving of a lynch, may warrant being investigated. I'm not sure of what he's done behind the scenes, but going on what he's done in the day threads... *sniff* Here, early on in the first day, Saburo just talks about a lack of leads on day one, despite the Yasu-train leaving the station, which could be taken as trying to deflect some notice away from Yasu. *sniff* Rather like Hiroki, Saburo talks quite frequently, without saying much. Attempting to fly under the radar? *sniff* Whilst others were summarizing suspects, Saburo summarise the night. Again, under the radar. Also, you will note that he doesn't come back with information of 'what he remembered saying'. *sniff* Only comes back to defend himself, and vote. *sniff* Again, on day three, only summarises the results of the night, and votes. *sniff* Even less here, although admittedly, after Norio's revelation of Hiroki investigation, it was hard to bring anything more to the table. *sniff* I need help here, I can't see him under the radar. No suspicions?
  15. [Thank you for your concern, Cinna, but I can manage. I believe we should try and find that Broomstick of that blasted witch, for the possible reward of Bluto's release] [Thank you for the offer, Thormanil, but I can easily just heal myself] [Thank you, Bartholomew (or, if I may, Bart). I must say, I've really been touched by your generosity, appreciation and concern about me on this journey, despite not being a member of Heroica. I'm going to miss you all when we have to part ways]
  16. *sniff* Damn that blasted daughter-law! I always said she wasn't good enough for my Akira! A hurrah for Hiroki's death too, but it's a shame about Aiko, and a surprising revelation of Tamiko too! Her behaviour didn't seem overly innocent. I believe the Agents are probably a cult, converting every night. Fifth day/fourth night = Four agents/One left alive? *sniff* Yum, that should help me get over my gender confusion!
  17. Well, naturally Thothwick would be played by a man in a suit, ala Chewbacca. But I believe, Jim Carter (best known for his role his role in Downton Abbey as Carson, the butler (if you haven't seen it - see it!), whose voice can be heard here and ) would be the perfect voice over for Thothwick!
  18. "My goodness, thank goodness for that Magic Chicken leg, or I'd be unconscious! I'll attack the mantrap from the front row with my Sabre!"
  19. Happened to me too! The sad fact is, I knew it was probably close to closing, and tried to rush my post. I ended up making so many mistakes, that I spend most of my time going back and correcting my post. If only I had had patience!
  20. "Hopet! No! You'll pay for that you flowery fiend! I'll attack the Mantrap from the front row with my Sabre!"
  21. "I'll attack the Mantrap from the back row with my Shuriken!" [i'll also attack the Mantrap from the back row, with my Quaterstaff. Also, shouldn't I be at full Ether?]
  22. These investigation results sure make everything easier! Vote: Hiroki (Etzel)
  23. I'm actually in the middle of writing a novel at the moment. I've got a Publisher document with 92 pages complete, and a notebook with enough pages to more than double it (once I've completed the arduous task of copying it up! ). Not sure if I'll ever go through with the idea of publishing it, but for now it's a hobby.
  24. EDIT: I just realised, I meant to put this post in RPG's Are you writing a book? thread. Sorry, got confused.
