    Batman 2006

That's a shame. But I assume these sets will be shown at something next week, which is why Lego are building up hype for it by letting the leaks out.

    Batman 2006

Any details on what minifigs we'll be getting? ;)

    Batman 2006

It looks "un-Lego like" because it's a computer generated image. I think it's flesh tone though, not yellow.

    Batman 2006

The only Toy Fair I could find in New York is this one, which has already started: American International Fall Toy Show

    Batman 2006

Does anyone know which Toy Fair these will be shown at?

    Batman 2006

The pic is computer generated, so it's difficult to tell ;)

    Batman 2006

    To me, it looks flesh:
  8. I don't think they'll release any other coloured versions of this set, I think they were just versions made by the designer.
  9. Why? They're built out of normal Lego pieces.
  10. Here's a better pic: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/danman19...05/im002877.jpg
  11. It looks good, but hopefully someone will have some better pics up later.
  12. We've heard news that these sets will be the same for all countries, so they won't be changed.
  13. Here it is: http://shop.lego.com/product.asp?p=7283&cn=226&d=5&t=3
  14. 2006 isn't nay more <insert that tiresome argument> than any other year, and LEGO are not going to get rid of bricks. Looking at the 2006 sets, the only juniorisation I can see is: - The football stadium, the outside is one big piece - the planes, which aren't quite as <insert that tiresome argument> as everyone thinks, and would be tricky to make any other way without increasing the price A LOT Other than that, everything else is fine. There's always a few <insert that tiresome argument> sets each year, like the dump truck this year. I don't think LEGO is moving away from bricks.
  15. The advent calendar has been released, and the train system has been confirmed. The UCS Jedi Starfighter most likely won't be coming out, as it was included in an offical poll by LEGO to see what $100 UCS set we'd like to see released, but it didn't win (the AT-ST did, but it's not certain it'll be released). We haven't heard anything else about the new RSC bricks.
  16. Does anyone think that the figures in the racers in the Ferrari race set are Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello? It seems obvious to me that the are, as they look flesh toned in the pic to me, their names are written on the garage, and who else would be in the Formula 1s? If it is them, then this is the first time that Lego have given yellow and flesh toned minifigs in the same set.
  17. It's only illegal for the person who put them on line. EB isn't doing anything wrong by discussing them here.
  18. Oh, I was really hoping they were printed. Oh well, thanks for the news!

    Skin Tones

This thread is nearly one and a half years old *wacko* I think it should be locked.
  20. Jan Beyer, Europe's equilavent of Jake, posts on 1000steine quite alot, often giving out bits of news.
  21. We know the pics are leaked. Eurobricks doesn't have a policy against leaked info, though.
  22. I actually really like the planes. The front, the wings and the tail are all big molds, and I can't tell if the top is one big piece or several smaller pieces, but the windows appear to be ordianry Lego window pieces. But even with the big molds, it LOOKS great, and in my opinion has enough studs to look like it fits into the Lego world.
  23. What's wrong with the 430 Spider? I think it looks great.
  24. Most of them look printed to me. You can't really tell from these pics though, but I do hope they are printed.
  25. I think they're pretty cool! I also never though Lego would do a Manga theme, but they did! I like the figs and the little robots. To me all the pieces look like printing instead of stickers, which is good.
